1 Блажен тот, кто совету людей нечестивых не следует, на путь грешников кто не встает и в кругу кощунников не сидит,
2 а в законе Господа радость себе находит, и закон этот — в мыслях его день и ночь!
3 Он — как дерево, что у реки посажено, вовремя плод свой принесет оно, и лист его никогда не увянет. Успешен он во всяком деле своем.
4 Не таковы нечестивые, не таковы! Они — как мякина, что ветер повсюду разносит.
5 Не устоит нечестивец на Суде Божьем и грешник — в собрании праведных.
6 Ибо заботится Господь о пути праведника, а путь безбожника в погибель ведет.
