Книга пророка Захарии

Глава 7

1 В четвертый год царствования Дария, в четвертый день девятого месяца (месяца кислева), было слово ГОСПОДНЕ к Захарии.

2 Жители Бет-Эля послали в ту пору в Иерусалим Сар-Эцера и Регем-Мелеха вместе со своими людьми помолиться о благословении ГОСПОДНЕМ

3 и спросить у священников в Храме ГОСПОДА Воинств и у пророков: «Должно ли скорбеть и поститься в пятый месяц, как делали мы это в Вавилонском плену уже много лет?»

4 И было мне такое слово от ГОСПОДА Воинств:

5 «Спроси у всего народа этой страны и у священников: „Когда скорбели и постились вы в пятом и седьмом месяце все последние семьдесят лет, для Меня ли вы это делали?

6 А когда, празднуя, вы ели и пили, не в свое ли удовольствие делали это?

7 Разве не эти слова ГОСПОДЬ провозглашал прежде через пророков в то время, когда и Иерусалим был населен и спокоен, и окрестные города были населены, и пустыня Негев, и предгорья?“»

8 Слово ГОСПОДНЕ было Захарии:

9 «Вот что говорит ГОСПОДЬ Воинств: „Суд справедливый вершите и друг к другу относитесь с милосердием и дружелюбием.

10 Не притесняйте ни вдов, ни сирот, ни пришлых людей, ни бедняков; зла друг против друга не замышляйте“».

11 Но они не пожелали внять, упрямство свое выказали, уши затыкали, чтобы не слышать.

12 С окамененным жестокосердием они противились Закону и не слышали вдохновленные Духом Божьим слова, с которыми ГОСПОДЬ Воинств обращался к ним и прежде через пророков. За это ГОСПОДЬ Воинств сильно разгневался на них.

13 Потому так и вышло: «Я взывал — они не слушали, теперь они стали взывать — но Я уже не слышу, — говорит ГОСПОДЬ Воинств. —

14 И рассеял Я их среди всех народов, которых они не знали, и земля их опустела, так что теперь по ней ни проехать, ни пройти — превратили они страну благодатную в пустыню».

1 And it came to pass1961 in the fourth702 year8141 of king4428 Darius,1867 that the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 unto413 Zechariah2148 in the fourth702 day of the ninth8671 month,2320 even in Chisleu;3691

2 When they had sent7971 unto the house of God1008 Sherezer8272 and Regem-melech,7278 and their men,376 to pray2470 853 before6440 the LORD,3068

3 And to speak559 unto413 the priests3548 which834 were in the house1004 of the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 and to413 the prophets,5030 saying,559 Should I weep1058 in the fifth2549 month,2320 separating myself,5144 as834 I have done6213 these2088 so many4100 years?8141

4 Then came1961 the word1697 of the LORD3068 of hosts6635 unto413 me, saying,559

5 Speak559 unto413 all3605 the people5971 of the land,776 and to413 the priests,3548 saying,559 When3588 ye fasted6684 and mourned5594 in the fifth2549 and seventh7637 month, even those2088 seventy7657 years,8141 did ye at all fast6684 6684 unto me, even to me?589

6 And when3588 ye did eat,398 and when3588 ye did drink,8354 did not3808 ye859 eat398 for yourselves, and drink8354 for yourselves?

7 Should ye not3808 hear853 the words1697 which834 the LORD3068 hath cried7121 by3027 the former7223 prophets,5030 when Jerusalem3389 was1961 inhabited3427 and in prosperity,7961 and the cities5892 thereof round about5439 her, when men inhabited3427 the south5045 and the plain?8219

8 And the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 unto413 Zechariah,2148 saying,559

9 Thus3541 speaketh559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 saying,559 Execute8199 true571 judgment,4941 and show6213 mercy2617 and compassions7356 every man376 to854 his brother: 251

10 And oppress6231 not408 the widow,490 nor the fatherless,3490 the stranger,1616 nor the poor;6041 and let none408 of you imagine2803 evil7451 376 against his brother251 in your heart.3824

11 But they refused3985 to hearken,7181 and pulled5414 away5637 the shoulder,3802 and stopped3513 their ears,241 that they should not hear.4480 8085

12 Yea, they made7760 their hearts3820 as an adamant stone,8068 lest they should hear4480 8085 the853 law,8451 and the words1697 which834 the LORD3068 of hosts6635 hath sent7971 in his spirit7307 by3027 the former7223 prophets:5030 therefore came1961 a great1419 wrath7110 from4480 854 the LORD3068 of hosts.6635

13 Therefore it is come to pass,1961 that as834 he cried,7121 and they would not3808 hear;8085 so3651 they cried,7121 and I would not3808 hear,8085 saith559 the LORD3068 of hosts: 6635

14 But I scattered them with a whirlwind5590 among5921 all3605 the nations1471 whom834 they knew3045 not.3808 Thus the land776 was desolate8074 after310 them, that no man passed through4480 5674 nor returned:4480 7725 for they laid7760 the pleasant2532 land776 desolate.8047

6 А когда, празднуя, вы ели и пили, не в свое ли удовольствие делали это?

6 And when3588 ye did eat,398 and when3588 ye did drink,8354 did not3808 ye859 eat398 for yourselves, and drink8354 for yourselves?

7 Разве не эти слова ГОСПОДЬ провозглашал прежде через пророков в то время, когда и Иерусалим был населен и спокоен, и окрестные города были населены, и пустыня Негев, и предгорья?“»

7 Should ye not3808 hear853 the words1697 which834 the LORD3068 hath cried7121 by3027 the former7223 prophets,5030 when Jerusalem3389 was1961 inhabited3427 and in prosperity,7961 and the cities5892 thereof round about5439 her, when men inhabited3427 the south5045 and the plain?8219

8 Слово ГОСПОДНЕ было Захарии:

9 «Вот что говорит ГОСПОДЬ Воинств: „Суд справедливый вершите и друг к другу относитесь с милосердием и дружелюбием.

9 Thus3541 speaketh559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 saying,559 Execute8199 true571 judgment,4941 and show6213 mercy2617 and compassions7356 every man376 to854 his brother: 251

10 Не притесняйте ни вдов, ни сирот, ни пришлых людей, ни бедняков; зла друг против друга не замышляйте“».

13 Потому так и вышло: «Я взывал — они не слушали, теперь они стали взывать — но Я уже не слышу, — говорит ГОСПОДЬ Воинств. —

13 Therefore it is come to pass,1961 that as834 he cried,7121 and they would not3808 hear;8085 so3651 they cried,7121 and I would not3808 hear,8085 saith559 the LORD3068 of hosts: 6635
