Глава 16

1 Было слово ГОСПОДНЕ к Иегу, сыну Ханани, о Ваасе:

2 «Я поднял тебя из праха и поставил правителем над народом Моим, Израилем, но ты идешь по стопам Иеровоама и вводишь народ Мой Израиль в грех, вызывая Мой гнев своими беззакониями.

3 За это я низвергну Ваасу, а за ним и весь род его — сделаю с ним то же, что с родом Иеровоама, сына Невата!

4 Кто из рода Ваасы умрет в городе, того псы съедят, а кто умрет в поле, тем поживятся птицы небесные».

5 Что до прочих деяний Ваасы, и подвигов его, и событий его жизни, то не описаны ли они в летописи царей израильских?

6 Вааса отошел к праотцам и был похоронен в Тирце. После него воцарился его сын Ила.

7 Но через пророка Иегу, сына Ханани, было возвещено слово ГОСПОДНЕ о Ваасе и роде его. Было сказано о том, что делал он: было это злом в глазах ГОСПОДА, вызывал он гнев Его делами своими, уподобившись роду Иеровоама, а также тем, что Вааса истребил род Иеровоама.

8 В двадцать шестой год царствования Асы в Иудее воцарился в Израиле Ила, сын Ваасы. Он правил в Тирце два года.

9 Его слуга Замврий, командовавший половиной всех его колесниц, составил заговор против него. Царь тогда напился допьяна на пиру в Тирце, в доме Арцы, управлявшего дворцом в Тирце.

10 Замврий вошел и сразил Илу насмерть и взошел после него на престол в двадцать седьмой год царствования Асы в Иудее.

11 Едва став царем и заняв престол, Замврий перебил весь род Ваасы, не оставив ни одного мужчины ни из его родных, ни из друзей.

12 Замврий истребил весь род Ваасы по слову ГОСПОДНЮ, сказанному через пророка Иегу,

13 за все грехи Ваасы и за грехи сына его Илы, какие они совершили сами и в какие вовлекли Израиль своими ничтожными идолами, вызвав гнев ГОСПОДА, Бога Израилева.

14 Прочие дела Илы и события его жизни записаны в летописи царей израильских.

15 Замврий воцарился в двадцать седьмой год правления Асы в Иудее. Он правил в Тирце семь дней, когда народ осаждал филистимский город Гиббетон.

16 Когда израильтяне, осаждавшие город, услышали, что Замврий составил заговор и даже убил царя, они в тот же день прямо в стане поставили царствовать над Израилем военачальника Амврия.

17 Амврий и с ним все израильтяне оставили Гиббетон и пошли приступом на Тирцу.

18 Замврий, увидев, что город взят, скрылся во внутренних царских покоях и сжег себя вместе с дворцом. Так он погиб

19 за грехи, которые совершал, делая то, что было злом в глазах ГОСПОДА, и следуя во грехах своих по стопам Иеровоама, вовлекая Израиль в тот же грех.

20 Что до прочих деяний Замврия и заговора, который он составил, то не описаны ли они в летописи царей израильских?

21 Тогда израильский народ разделился: одна половина последовала за Фамнием, сыном Гината, желая сделать его царем, а другая — за Амврием.

22 Но те, кто стоял за Амврия, одолели сторонников Фамния, сына Гината. Фамний погиб, а царем стал Амврий.

23 В тридцать первый год правления Асы, царя иудейского, Амврий воцарился в Израиле. Он правил двенадцать лет, шесть из них в Тирце.

24 Потом Амврий купил за два таланта серебра гору Шомрон у Шемера. На горе он построил город и назвал Самарией по имени Шемера, прежнего владельца горы Шомрон.

25 Амврий делал то, что было злом в глазах ГОСПОДА, и поступал хуже всех, кто был до него.

26 Он следовал в грехах своих по стопам Иеровоама, сына Невата, и вовлекал Израиль в грех ничтожными своими идолами, вызывая гнев ГОСПОДА, Бога Израилева.

27 Прочие деяния Амврия и подвиги его описаны в летописи царей израильских.

28 Амврий отошел к праотцам и был похоронен в Самарии, а царем после него стал его сын Ахав.

29 Ахав, сын Амврия, воцарился в Израиле в тридцать восьмой год царствования Асы, царя иудейского. Ахав, сын Амврия, правил Израилем в Самарии двадцать два года.

30 Ахав, сын Амврия, делал то, что было злом в глазах ГОСПОДА, и поступал хуже всех, кто был до него.

31 Мало того, что он повторял грехи Иеровоама, сына Невата, — он еще взял в жены Иезавель, дочь Этбааля, царя сидонского, и стал служить Ваалу и поклоняться ему.

3 Behold,2009 I will take away1197 the posterity310 of Baasha,1201 and the posterity310 of his house;1004 and will make5414 853 thy house1004 like the house1004 of Jeroboam3379 the son1121 of Nebat.5028

4 Him that dieth4191 of Baasha1201 in the city5892 shall the dogs3611 eat;398 and him that dieth4191 of his in the fields7704 shall the fowls5775 of the air8064 eat.398

8 In the twenty6242 and sixth8337 year8141 of Asa609 king4428 of Judah3063 began Elah425 the son1121 of Baasha1201 to reign4427 over5921 Israel3478 in Tirzah,8656 two years.8141

9 And his servant5650 Zimri,2174 captain8269 of half4276 his chariots,7393 conspired7194 against5921 him, as he1931 was in Tirzah,8656 drinking8354 himself drunk7910 in the house1004 of Arza777 steward5921 of his house1004 in Tirzah.8656

10 And Zimri2174 went in935 and smote5221 him, and killed4191 him, in the twenty6242 and seventh7651 year8141 of Asa609 king4428 of Judah,3063 and reigned4427 in his stead.8478

11 And it came to pass,1961 when he began to reign,4427 as soon as he sat3427 on5921 his throne,3678 that he slew5221 853 all3605 the house1004 of Baasha:1201 he left7604 him not3808 one that pisseth8366 against a wall,7023 neither of his kinsfolk,1350 nor of his friends.7453

12 Thus did Zimri2174 destroy8045 853 all3605 the house1004 of Baasha,1201 according to the word1697 of the LORD,3068 which834 he spoke1696 against413 Baasha1201 by3027 Jehu3058 the prophet,5030

13 For413 all3605 the sins2403 of Baasha,1201 and the sins2403 of Elah425 his son,1121 by which834 they sinned,2398 and by which834 they made Israel to sin,2398 853 3478 in provoking3707 853 the LORD3068 God430 of Israel3478 to anger with their vanities.1892

14 Now the rest3499 of the acts1697 of Elah,425 and all3605 that834 he did,6213 are they1992 not3808 written3789 in5921 the book5612 of the chronicles1697 3117 of the kings4428 of Israel?3478

15 In the twenty6242 and seventh7651 year8141 of Asa609 king4428 of Judah3063 did Zimri2174 reign4427 seven7651 days3117 in Tirzah.8656 And the people5971 were encamped2583 against5921 Gibbethon,1405 which834 belonged to the Philistines.6430

16 And the people5971 that were encamped2583 heard8085 say,559 Zimri2174 hath conspired,7194 and hath also1571 slain5221 853 the king:4428 wherefore all3605 Israel3478 made853 Omri,6018 the captain8269 of the host,6635 king4427 over5921 Israel3478 that1931 day3117 in the camp.4264

17 And Omri6018 went up5927 from4480 Gibbethon,1405 and all3605 Israel3478 with5973 him, and they besieged6696 5921 Tirzah.8656

18 And it came to pass,1961 when Zimri2174 saw7200 that3588 the city5892 was taken,3920 that he went935 into413 the palace759 of the king's4428 house,1004 and burnt8313 853 the king's4428 house1004 over5921 him with fire,784 and died,4191

19 For5921 his sins2403 which834 he sinned2398 in doing6213 evil7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD,3068 in walking1980 in the way1870 of Jeroboam,3379 and in his sin2403 which834 he did,6213 to make Israel to sin.2398 853 3478

21 Then227 were the people5971 of Israel3478 divided2505 into two parts:2677 half2677 of the people5971 followed1961 310 Tibni8402 the son1121 of Ginath,1527 to make him king;4427 and half2677 followed310 Omri.6018

22 But the people5971 that834 followed310 Omri6018 prevailed against2388 853 the people5971 that834 followed310 Tibni8402 the son1121 of Ginath:1527 so Tibni8402 died,4191 and Omri6018 reigned.4427

23 In the thirty7970 and first259 year8141 of Asa609 king4428 of Judah3063 began Omri6018 to reign4427 over5921 Israel,3478 twelve8147 6240 years:8141 six8337 years8141 reigned4427 he in Tirzah.8656

24 And he bought7069 853 the hill2022 Samaria8111 of4480 854 Shemer8106 for two talents3603 of silver,3701 and built on1129 853 the hill,2022 and called7121 853 the name8034 of the city5892 which834 he built,1129 after5921 the name8034 of Shemer,8106 owner113 of the hill,2022 Samaria.8111

25 But Omri6018 wrought6213 evil7451 in the eyes5869 of the LORD,3068 and did worse7489 than all4480 3605 that834 were before6440 him.

26 For he walked1980 in all3605 the way1870 of Jeroboam3379 the son1121 of Nebat,5028 and in his sin2403 wherewith834 he made Israel to sin,2398 853 3478 to provoke3707 853 the LORD3068 God430 of Israel3478 to anger with their vanities.1892

29 And in the thirty7970 and eighth8083 year8141 of Asa609 king4428 of Judah3063 began Ahab256 the son1121 of Omri6018 to reign4427 over5921 Israel:3478 and Ahab256 the son1121 of Omri6018 reigned4427 over5921 Israel3478 in Samaria8111 twenty6242 and two8147 years.8141

30 And Ahab256 the son1121 of Omri6018 did6213 evil7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD3068 above all4480 3605 that834 were before6440 him.

31 And it came to pass,1961 as if it had been a light thing7043 for him to walk1980 in the sins2403 of Jeroboam3379 the son1121 of Nebat,5028 that he took3947 to wife802 853 Jezebel348 the daughter1323 of Ethbaal856 king4428 of the Zidonians,6722 and went1980 and served5647 853 Baal,1168 and worshiped7812 him.

32 And he reared up6965 an altar4196 for Baal1168 in the house1004 of Baal,1168 which834 he had built1129 in Samaria.8111

33 And Ahab256 made6213 853 a grove;842 and Ahab256 did6213 more3254 to provoke3707 853 the LORD3068 God430 of Israel3478 to anger than all4480 3605 the kings4428 of Israel3478 that834 were1961 before6440 him.

34 In his days3117 did Hiel2419 the Bethelite1017 build1129 853 Jericho:3405 he laid the foundation3245 thereof in Abiram48 his firstborn,1060 and set up5324 the gates1817 thereof in his youngest6810 son Segub,7687 according to the word1697 of the LORD,3068 which834 he spoke1696 by3027 Joshua3091 the son1121 of Nun.5126

13 за все грехи Ваасы и за грехи сына его Илы, какие они совершили сами и в какие вовлекли Израиль своими ничтожными идолами, вызвав гнев ГОСПОДА, Бога Израилева.
