5 Ich kannte3045 dich, ehe2962 denn ich dich in Mutterleibe990 bereitete, und5414 sonderte dich aus3318, ehe denn du3335 von der Mutter7358 geboren wurdest, und stellete dich zum Propheten5030 unter die6942 Völker1471.

5 Before2962 I formed3335 thee in the belly990 I knew3045 thee; and before2962 thou camest forth3318 out of the womb4480 7358 I sanctified6942 thee, and I ordained5414 thee a prophet5030 unto the nations.1471

6 Ich3045 aber sprach559: Ach162, HErr136 HErr3069, ich tauge nicht zu predigen1696, denn ich bin zu jung5288!

6 Then said559 I, Ah,162 Lord136 GOD!3069 behold,2009 I cannot3808 3045 speak:1696 for3588 I595 am a child.5288

7 Der HErr3068 sprach559 aber zu mir: Sage559 nicht: Ich bin zu jung5288; sondern du sollst1696 gehen3212, wohin ich dich sende7971, und predigen, was ich dich heiße6680.

7 But the LORD3068 said559 unto413 me, Say559 not,408 I595 am a child:5288 for3588 thou shalt go1980 to5921 all3605 that834 I shall send7971 thee, and whatsoever3605 834 I command6680 thee thou shalt speak.1696

8 Fürchte3372 dich nicht vor6440 ihnen; denn ich bin bei dir und will dich erretten5337, spricht5002 der HErr3068.

8 Be not408 afraid3372 of their faces:4480 6440 for3588 I589 am with854 thee to deliver5337 thee, saith5002 the LORD.3068

9 Und3068 der HErr3068 reckte7971 seine Hand3027 aus und5414 rührete meinen Mund6310 und sprach559 zu mir: Siehe, ich lege meine Worte1697 in deinen Mund6310.

9 Then the LORD3068 put forth7971 853 his hand,3027 and touched5060 5921 my mouth.6310 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 me, Behold,2009 I have put5414 my words1697 in thy mouth.6310

10 Siehe7200, ich setze dich heute dieses Tages3117 über6485 Völker1471 und Königreiche4467, daß du ausreißen5428, zerbrechen5422, verstören6 und verderben sollst2040 und bauen1129 und pflanzen5193.

10 See,7200 I have this2088 day3117 set6485 thee over5921 the nations1471 and over5921 the kingdoms,4467 to root out,5428 and to pull down,5422 and to destroy,6 and to throw down,2040 to build,1129 and to plant.5193

11 Und es geschah des HErrn3068 Wort1697 zu mir und sprach559: Jeremia3414, was siehest du7200? Ich sprach559: Ich sehe7200 einen wackern Stab4731.

11 Moreover the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 unto413 me, saying,559 Jeremiah,3414 what4100 seest7200 thou?859 And I said,559 I589 see7200 a rod4731 of an almond tree.8247

12 Und der HErr3068 sprach559 zu mir: Du hast recht gesehen7200; denn ich will3190 wacker sein über mein Wort1697, daß ich‘s tue6213.

12 Then said559 the LORD3068 unto413 me, Thou hast well3190 seen:7200 for3588 I589 will hasten8245 5921 my word1697 to perform6213 it.

13 Und es geschah des HErrn3068 Wort1697 zum andernmal8145 zu mir6440 und sprach559: Was siehest du7200? Ich sprach559: Ich sehe7200 einen heißen5301 siedenden Topf5518 von6440 Mitternacht6828 her.
|
13 And the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 unto413 me the second time,8145 saying,559 What4100 seest7200 thou?859 And I said,559 I589 see7200 a seething5301 pot;5518 and the face6440 thereof is toward4480 6440 the north.6828

14 Und der HErr3068 sprach559 zu mir: Von Mitternacht6828 wird das776 Unglück7451 ausbrechen6605 über alle, die im Lande wohnen3427.

14 Then the LORD3068 said559 unto413 me, Out of the north4480 6828 an evil7451 shall break forth6605 upon5921 all3605 the inhabitants3427 of the land.776

15 Denn siehe, ich will935 rufen alle Fürsten4940 in den Königreichen4467 gegen Mitternacht6828, spricht5002 der HErr3068, daß sie7121 kommen sollen und376 ihre Stühle3678 setzen5414 vor die Tore6607 zu Jerusalem3389 und rings um die Mauern2346 her5439 und vor alle Städte5892 Judas.

15 For,3588 lo,2009 I will call7121 all3605 the families4940 of the kingdoms4467 of the north,6828 saith5002 the LORD;3068 and they shall come,935 and they shall set5414 every one376 his throne3678 at the entering6607 of the gates8179 of Jerusalem,3389 and against5921 all3605 the walls2346 thereof round about,5439 and against5921 all3605 the cities5892 of Judah.3063

16 Und430 ich will das4639 Recht4941 lassen über5921 sie gehen um1696 aller ihrer Bosheit7451 willen, daß sie mich verlassen5800 und räuchern6999 andern312 Göttern und beten an7812 ihrer Hände3027 Werk.

16 And I will utter1696 my judgments4941 against them touching5921 all3605 their wickedness,7451 who834 have forsaken5800 me, and have burned incense6999 unto other312 gods,430 and worshiped7812 the works4639 of their own hands.3027

17 So begürte247 nun deine Lenden4975 und mache dich auf6965 und predige1696 ihnen6440 alles, was ich dich heiße6680! Fürchte dich nicht2865 vor6440 ihnen, als sollte ich dich abschrecken!

17 Thou859 therefore gird up247 thy loins,4975 and arise,6965 and speak1696 unto413 them853 all3605 that834 I595 command6680 thee: be not408 dismayed2865 at their faces,4480 6440 lest6435 I confound2865 thee before6440 them.

18 Denn ich589 will dich heute3117 zur festen4013 Stadt5892, zur eisernen Säule5982, zur ehernen1270 Mauer2346 machen5414 im ganzen Lande776 wider die Könige4428 Judas, wider ihre Fürsten8269, wider ihre Priester3548, wider das776 Volk5971 im Lande,

18 For,589 behold,2009 I have made5414 thee this day3117 a defensed4013 city,5892 and an iron1270 pillar,5982 and brazen5178 walls2346 against5921 the whole3605 land,776 against the kings4428 of Judah,3063 against the princes8269 thereof, against the priests3548 thereof, and against the people5971 of the land.776

19 daß, wenn sie gleich wider dich streiten3898, dennoch nicht sollen wider dich siegen; denn ich3201 bin bei dir, spricht5002 der HErr3068, daß ich dich errette5337.

19 And they shall fight3898 against413 thee; but they shall not3808 prevail3201 against thee; for3588 I589 am with854 thee, saith5002 the LORD,3068 to deliver5337 thee.
