|
1 And Abram87 went up5927 out of Egypt,4480 4714 he,1931 and his wife,802 and all3605 that834 he had, and Lot3876 with5973 him, into the south.5045
|
1 亞伯蘭帶著他的妻子與羅得，並一切所有的，都從埃及上南地去。
|
|
2 And Abram87 was very3966 rich3515 in cattle,4735 in silver,3701 and in gold.2091
|
2 亞伯蘭的金、銀、牲畜極多。
|
|
3 And he went1980 on his journeys4550 from the south4480 5045 even to5704 Bethel,1008 unto5704 the place4725 where834 8033 his tent168 had been1961 at the beginning,8462 between996 Bethel1008 and Hai;5857
|
3 他從南地漸漸往伯．特利去，到了伯．特利和艾的中間，就是從前支搭帳棚的地方，

|
4 Unto413 the place4725 of the altar,4196 which834 he had made6213 there8033 at the first:7223 and there8033 Abram87 called7121 on the name8034 of the LORD.3068
|
4 也是他起先築壇的地方；他又在那裏求告耶和華的名。
|
|
5 And Lot3876 also,1571 which went1980 with854 Abram,87 had1961 flocks,6629 and herds,1241 and tents.168
|
5 與亞伯蘭同行的羅得也有牛群、羊群、帳棚。
|
|
6 And the land776 was not3808 able to bear5375 them, that they might dwell3427 together:3162 for3588 their substance7399 was1961 great,7227 so that they could3201 not3808 dwell3427 together.3162
|
6 那地容不下他們；因為他們的財物甚多，使他們不能同居。
|
|
7 And there was1961 a strife7379 between996 the herdsmen7462 of Abram's87 cattle4735 and the herdsmen7462 of Lot's3876 cattle:4735 and the Canaanite3669 and the Perizzite6522 dwelled3427 then227 in the land.776
|
7 當時，迦南人與比利洗人在那地居住。亞伯蘭的牧人和羅得的牧人相爭。
|
|
8 And Abram87 said559 unto413 Lot,3876 Let there be1961 no408 strife,4808 I pray thee,4994 between996 me and thee, and between996 my herdsmen7462 and thy herdsmen;7462 for3588 we587 be brethren.251
|
8 亞伯蘭就對羅得說：「求［pray］你我不可相爭，你的牧人和我的牧人也不可相爭，因為我們是弟兄［brethren］。
|
|
9 Is not3808 the whole3605 land776 before6440 thee? separate thyself,6504 I pray thee,4994 from4480 5921 me: if518 thou wilt take the left hand,8040 then I will go to the right;3231 or if518 thou depart to the right hand,3225 then I will go to the left.8041
|
9 遍地不都在你眼前嗎？請你離開我：你向左，我就向右；你向右，我就向左。」
|
|
10 And Lot3876 lifted up5375 853 his eyes,5869 and beheld7200 853 all3605 the plain3603 of Jordan,3383 that3588 it was well watered4945 every where,3605 before6440 the LORD3068 destroyed7843 853 Sodom5467 and Gomorrah,6017 even as the garden1588 of the LORD,3068 like the land776 of Egypt,4714 as thou comest935 unto Zoar.6820

10 羅得舉目看見約旦河的全平原，直到瑣珥，都是滋潤的，那地在耶和華未滅所多瑪、蛾摩拉以先如同耶和華的園子，也像埃及地。

11 Then Lot3876 chose977 him853 all3605 the plain3603 of Jordan;3383 and Lot3876 journeyed5265 east:4480 6924 and they separated themselves6504 the one376 from4480 5921 the other.251
|
11 於是羅得選擇約旦河的全平原，往東遷移；他們就彼此分離了。
|
|
12 Abram87 dwelled3427 in the land776 of Canaan,3667 and Lot3876 dwelled3427 in the cities5892 of the plain,3603 and pitched his tent167 toward5704 Sodom.5467
|
12 亞伯蘭住在迦南地，羅得住在平原的城邑，漸漸挪移帳棚，直到所多瑪。
|
|
13 But the men376 of Sodom5467 were wicked7451 and sinners2400 before the LORD3068 exceedingly.3966
|
13 所多瑪人在耶和華面前罪大惡極。
|
|
14 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 Abram,87 after that310 Lot3876 was separated6504 from4480 5973 him, Lift up5375 now4994 thine eyes,5869 and look7200 from4480 the place4725 where834 8033 thou859 art northward,6828 and southward,5045 and eastward,6924 and westward: 3220

14 羅得離別亞伯蘭以後，耶和華對亞伯蘭說：「從你所在的地方，你舉目向東西南北觀看；
|
|
15 For3588 853 all3605 the land776 which834 thou859 seest,7200 to thee will I give5414 it, and to thy seed2233 forever.5704 5769
|
15 凡你所看見的一切地，我都要賜給你和你的後裔，直到永遠。
|
|
16 And I will make7760 853 thy seed2233 as the dust6083 of the earth:776 so that834 if518 a man376 can3201 number4487 853 the dust6083 of the earth,776 then shall thy seed2233 also1571 be numbered.4487
|
16 我也要使你的後裔如同地上的塵沙那樣多，人若能數算地上的塵沙才能數算你的後裔。
|
|
17 Arise,6965 walk1980 through the land776 in the length753 of it and in the breadth7341 of it; for3588 I will give5414 it unto thee.
|
17 你起來，縱橫走遍這地，因為我必把這地賜給你。」
|
|
18 Then Abram87 removed his tent,167 and came935 and dwelt3427 in the plain436 of Mamre,4471 which834 is in Hebron,2275 and built1129 there8033 an altar4196 unto the LORD.3068
|
18 亞伯蘭就搬了帳棚，來到希伯崙幔利的平原［plain］那裏居住，在那裏為耶和華築了一座壇。
