1 So sollst du nun den HErrn3068, deinen GOtt430, lieben157 und sein8104 Gesetz4687, seine Weise2708, seine Rechte4931 und seine Gebote4941 halten dein Leben lang3117.

2 And know3045 ye this day:3117 for3588 I speak not3808 with854 your children1121 which834 have not3808 known,3045 and which834 have not3808 seen7200 853 the chastisement4148 of the LORD3068 your God,430 853 his greatness,1433 853 his mighty2389 hand,3027 and his stretched out5186 arm,2220

2 Und erkennet heute3117, das eure Kinder1121 nicht wissen3045 noch gesehen7200 haben3045, nämlich die Züchtigung4148 des HErrn3068, eures Gottes430, seine Herrlichkeit1433, dazu seine mächtige2389 Hand3027 und ausgereckten5186 Arm2220

3 And his miracles,226 and his acts,4639 which834 he did6213 in the midst8432 of Egypt4714 unto Pharaoh6547 the king4428 of Egypt,4714 and unto all3605 his land;776

3 und seine Zeichen226 und Werke4639, die er getan6213 hat unter8432 den Ägyptern4714, an Pharao6547, dem Könige4428 in Ägypten4714, und an all seinem Lande776;

4 And what834 he did6213 unto the army2428 of Egypt,4714 unto their horses,5483 and to their chariots;7393 how834 he made853 the water4325 of the Red5488 sea3220 to overflow6687 5921 6440 them as they pursued7291 after310 you, and how the LORD3068 hath destroyed6 them unto5704 this2088 day;3117

4 und was er an der Macht2428 der Ägypter4714 getan6213 hat, an ihren Rossen5483 und Wagen7393, da er das Wasser4325 des Schilfmeers5488 über sie führete, da sie euch310 nachjagten7291, und sie der HErr3068 umbrachte6, bis auf6440 diesen Tag3117;

5 und was er euch getan6213 hat in der Wüste4057, bis ihr an diesen Ort4725 kommen935 seid;

6 And what834 he did6213 unto Dathan1885 and Abiram,48 the sons1121 of Eliab,446 the son1121 of Reuben:7205 how834 the earth776 opened6475 853 her mouth,6310 and swallowed them up,1104 and their households,1004 and their tents,168 and all3605 the substance3351 that834 was in their possession,7272 in the midst7130 of all3605 Israel: 3478

6 was er Dathan1885 und Abiram48 getan6213 hat, den Kindern1121 Eliabs446, des Sohnes1121 Rubens7205, wie die Erde776 ihren Mund6310 auftat6475 und verschlang1104 sie mit ihrem Gesinde1004 und Hütten168 und all ihrem Gut3351, das sie erworben hatten7272 mitten unter7130 dem ganzen Israel3478.

7 But3588 your eyes5869 have seen7200 853 all3605 the great1419 acts4639 of the LORD3068 which834 he did.6213

7 Denn eure Augen5869 haben die großen1419 Werke4639 des HErrn3068 gesehen7200, die er getan6213 hat.
|
|
8 Therefore shall ye keep8104 853 all3605 the commandments4687 which834 I595 command6680 you this day,3117 that4616 ye may be strong,2388 and go in935 and possess3423 853 the land,776 whither834 8033 ye859 go5674 to possess3423 it;
|
8 Darum sollt8104 ihr5674 alle die Gebote4687 halten, die ich2388 dir heute3117 gebiete6680, auf daß834 ihr gestärket werdet, einzukommen und das Land776 einzunehmen3423, dahin ihr ziehet935, daß ihr‘s einnehmet3423;

9 And that4616 ye may prolong748 your days3117 in5921 the land,127 which834 the LORD3068 swore7650 unto your fathers1 to give5414 unto them and to their seed,2233 a land776 that floweth2100 with milk2461 and honey.1706

9 und5414 daß du lange748 lebest auf dem Lande, das776 der HErr3068 euren Vätern1 geschworen7650 hat2100, ihnen zu geben3117 und ihrem Samen2233, ein Land127, da Milch2461 und Honig1706 innen fleußt.

10 For3588 the land,776 whither834 8033 thou859 goest in935 to possess3423 it, is not3808 as the land776 of Egypt,4714 from whence834 4480 8033 ye came out,3318 where834 thou sowedst2232 853 thy seed,2233 and wateredst8248 it with thy foot,7272 as a garden1588 of herbs: 3419

10 Denn das776 Land776, da du hinkommst, es einzunehmen3423, ist935 nicht wie Ägyptenland4714, davon ihr ausgezogen seid3318, da du deinen Samen2233 säen2232 und selbst7272 tränken8248 mußtest wie einen Kohlgarten1588,

11 But the land,776 whither834 8033 ye859 go5674 to possess3423 it, is a land776 of hills2022 and valleys,1237 and drinketh8354 water4325 of the rain4306 of heaven: 8064

11 sondern es hat Berge2022 und776 Auen1237, die4325 der Regen4306 vom Himmel8064 tränken muß,

12 A land776 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 careth1875 for the eyes5869 of the LORD3068 thy God430 are always8548 upon it, from the beginning4480 7225 of the year8141 even unto5704 the end319 of the year.8141

12 auf welch Land776 der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, acht hat1875, und die Augen5869 des HErrn3068, deines Gottes430, immerdar8548 drauf sehen von Anfang7225 des Jahrs bis ans Ende319.

13 And it shall come to pass,1961 if518 ye shall hearken diligently8085 8085 unto413 my commandments4687 which834 I595 command6680 you this day,3117 to love157 853 the LORD3068 your God,430 and to serve5647 him with all3605 your heart3824 and with all3605 your soul,5315
|
13 Werdet8085 ihr nun meine Gebote4687 hören8085, die ich euch heute3117 gebiete6680, daß ihr den HErrn3068, euren GOtt430, liebet157 und ihm dienet5647 von ganzem Herzen3824 und von ganzer See LE5315,
|
|
14 That I will give5414 you the rain4306 of your land776 in his due season,6256 the first rain3138 and the latter rain,4456 that thou mayest gather in622 thy corn,1715 and thy wine,8492 and thine oil.3323

14 so will ich eurem Lande776 Regen4306 geben5414 zu seiner Zeit6256, Frühregen3138 und Spätregen4456, daß du einsammelst622 dein Getreide1715, deinen Most8492 und dein Öl3323;
|
|
15 And I will send5414 grass6212 in thy fields7704 for thy cattle,929 that thou mayest eat398 and be full.7646

15 und will deinem Vieh929 Gras6212 geben5414 auf deinem Felde7704, daß ihr esset398 und satt werdet7646.
|
|
16 Take heed8104 to yourselves, that6435 your heart3824 be not deceived,6601 and ye turn aside,5493 and serve5647 other312 gods,430 and worship7812 them;
|
16 Hütet euch8104 aber, daß sich7812 euer Herz3824 nicht überreden lasse6601, daß ihr abtretet und430 dienet5647 andern312 Göttern und betet sie5493 an,
|
|
17 And then the LORD's3068 wrath639 be kindled2734 against you, and he shut up6113 853 the heaven,8064 that there be1961 no3808 rain,4306 and that the land127 yield5414 not3808 853 her fruit;2981 and lest ye perish6 quickly4120 from off4480 5921 the good2896 land776 which834 the LORD3068 giveth5414 you.

17 und daß dann der Zorn639 des HErrn3068 ergrimme2734 über euch und schließe6113 den Himmel8064 zu, daß kein Regen4306 komme, und die Erde127 ihr6 Gewächs2981 nicht gebe5414, und bald4120 umkommet von dem guten2896 Lande, das776 euch der HErr3068 gegeben5414 hat.

18 Therefore shall ye lay up7760 853 these428 my words1697 in5921 your heart3824 and in5921 your soul,5315 and bind7194 them for a sign226 upon5921 your hand,3027 that they may be1961 as frontlets2903 between996 your eyes.5869

18 So fasset7760 nun diese Worte1697 zu Herzen3824 und in eure See LE5315 und bindet7194 sie zum Zeichen226 auf eure Hand3027, daß sie ein Denkmal2903 vor euren Augen5869 seien.

|
19 And ye shall teach3925 them853 your children,1121 speaking1696 of them when thou sittest3427 in thine house,1004 and when thou walkest1980 by the way,1870 when thou liest down,7901 and when thou risest up.6965
|
19 Und lehret sie3925 eure Kinder1121, daß du davon3212 redest1696, wenn du in deinem Hause1004 sitzest oder auf6965 dem Wege1870 gehest, wenn du dich3427 niederlegest und wenn du aufstehest.

20 And thou shalt write3789 them upon5921 the door posts4201 of thine house,1004 and upon thy gates: 8179

20 Und schreibe3789 sie an die Pfosten4201 deines Hauses1004 und an deine Tore8179,
|
|
21 That4616 your days3117 may be multiplied,7235 and the days3117 of your children,1121 in5921 the land127 which834 the LORD3068 swore7650 unto your fathers1 to give5414 them, as the days3117 of heaven8064 upon5921 the earth.776
|
21 daß du und5414 deine Kinder1121 lange lebest auf dem Lande, das776 der HErr3068 deinen Vätern1 geschworen7650 hat, ihnen zu geben3117, solange3117 die Tage3117 vom Himmel8064 auf Erden127 währen7235.

22 For3588 if518 ye shall diligently keep8104 8104 853 all3605 these2063 commandments4687 which834 I595 command6680 you, to do6213 them, to love157 853 the LORD3068 your God,430 to walk1980 in all3605 his ways,1870 and to cleave1692 unto him;
|
22 Denn wo ihr diese Gebote4687 alle werdet halten8104, die ich euch8104 gebiete6680, daß ihr danach tut6213, daß ihr den HErrn3068, euren GOtt430, liebet157 und wandelt3212 in allen1870 seinen Wegen und ihm anhanget1692,
|
|
23 Then will the LORD3068 drive out3423 853 all3605 these428 nations1471 from before4480 6440 you, and ye shall possess3423 greater1419 nations1471 and mightier6099 than4480 yourselves.
|
23 so wird der HErr3068 alle diese Völker1471 vor6440 euch her vertreiben3423, daß ihr größere1419 und stärkere6099 Völker1471 einnehmet3423, denn ihr seid.
|
|
24 Every3605 place4725 whereon834 the soles3709 of your feet7272 shall tread1869 shall be1961 yours: from4480 the wilderness4057 and Lebanon,3844 from4480 the river,5104 the river5104 Euphrates,6578 even unto5704 the uttermost314 sea3220 shall your coast1366 be.1961

24 Alle Örter4725, darauf eure Fußsohle3709 tritt1869, sollen euer sein; von der Wüste4057 an und7272 von dem Berge Libanon3844 und5104 von dem Wasser5104 Phrath bis ans314 äußerste Meersoll eure Grenze1366 sein.

25 There shall no3808 man376 be able to stand3320 before6440 you: for the LORD3068 your God430 shall lay5414 the fear6343 of you and the dread4172 of you upon5921 6440 all3605 the land776 that834 ye shall tread1869 upon, as834 he hath said1696 unto you.
|
25 Niemand wird euch6440 widerstehen3320 mögen. Eure Furcht6343 und430 Schrecken4172 wird der HErr3068 über alle Lande6440 kommen lassen5414, darin ihr reiset, wie er376 euch geredet hat1696.
|
|
26 Behold,7200 I595 set5414 before6440 you this day3117 a blessing1293 and a curse;7045
|
26 Siehe7200, ich lege euch heute3117 vor6440 den Segen1293 und5414 den Fluch7045:
|
|
27 853 A blessing,1293 if834 ye obey8085 413 the commandments4687 of the LORD3068 your God,430 which834 I595 command6680 you this day: 3117
|
27 den Segen1293, so ihr8085 gehorchet den Geboten4687 des HErrn3068, eures Gottes430, die ich euch heute3117 gebiete6680;
|
|
28 And a curse,7045 if518 ye will not3808 obey8085 413 the commandments4687 of the LORD3068 your God,430 but turn aside5493 out of4480 the way1870 which834 I595 command6680 you this day,3117 to go1980 after310 other312 gods,430 which834 ye have not3808 known.3045
|
28 den Fluch7045 aber, so ihr3045 nicht3212 gehorchen werdet8085 den Geboten4687 des HErrn3068, eures Gottes430, und310 abtretet von dem Wege1870, den ich euch5493 heute3117 gebiete6680, daß ihr andern312 Göttern430 nachwandelt, die ihr nicht kennet.

29 And it shall come to pass,1961 when3588 the LORD3068 thy God430 hath brought thee in935 unto413 the land776 whither834 8033 thou859 goest935 to possess3423 it, that thou shalt put5414 853 the blessing1293 upon5921 mount2022 Gerizim,1630 and the curse7045 upon5921 mount2022 Ebal.5858

29 Wenn dich der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, in das Land776 bringet935, da du einkommst, daß du es einnehmest3423, so sollst du den Segen1293 sprechen lassen935 auf dem Berge2022 Grisim und5414 den Fluch7045 auf dem Berge2022 Ebal5858,

30 Are they1992 not3808 on the other side5676 Jordan,3383 by310 the way1870 where the sun8121 goeth down,3996 in the land776 of the Canaanites,3669 which dwell3427 in the champaign6160 over against4136 Gilgal,1537 beside681 the plains436 of Moreh?4176

30 welche sind jenseit5676 des Jordans3383, der Straße1870 nach310 gegen der Sonnen Niedergang3996, im Lande776 der Kanaaniter3669, die auf dem Blachfelde6160 wohnen3427 gegen Gilgal1537 über, bei681 dem Hain436 More4176.

31 For3588 ye859 shall pass over5674 853 Jordan3383 to go in935 to possess3423 853 the land776 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 giveth5414 you, and ye shall possess3423 it, and dwell3427 therein.
|
31 Denn du3427 wirst über den Jordan3383 gehen5674, daß du einkommest, das Land776 einzunehmen3423, das euch der HErr3068, euer GOtt430, gegeben5414 hat, daß ihr‘s935 einnehmet3423 und drinnen wohnet.
|
|
32 And ye shall observe8104 to do6213 853 all3605 the statutes2706 and judgments4941 which834 I595 set5414 before6440 you this day.3117
|
32 So haltet8104 nun, daß ihr tut6213 nach allen Geboten und5414 Rechten2706, die ich euch6440 heute3117 vorlege.
