2 And said559 unto413 Jeremiah3414 the prophet,5030 Let, we beseech thee,4994 our supplication8467 be accepted5307 before6440 thee, and pray6419 for1157 us unto413 the LORD3068 thy God,430 even for1157 all3605 this2063 remnant;7611 (for3588 we are left7604 but a few4592 of many,4480 7235 as834 thine eyes5869 do behold7200 us: )

2 und sprachen559 zum7235 Propheten5030 Jeremia3414: Lieber, laß unser Gebet vor5869 dir gelten und bitte8467 für uns den HErrn3068, deinen GOtt430, um all diese Übrigen7611 (denn unser ist5307 leider wenig4592 geblieben7604 von vielen, wie du7200 uns selbst siehest mit deinen Augen6440),

3 That the LORD3068 thy God430 may show5046 us853 the way1870 wherein834 we may walk,1980 and the thing1697 that834 we may do.6213

3 daß uns der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, wollte anzeigen5046, wohin wir ziehen3212 und6213 was1697 wir tun1870 sollen.

4 Then Jeremiah3414 the prophet5030 said559 unto413 them, I have heard8085 you; behold,2009 I will pray6419 unto413 the LORD3068 your God430 according to your words;1697 and it shall come to pass,1961 that whatsoever3605 834 thing1697 the LORD3068 shall answer6030 you, I will declare5046 it unto you; I will keep nothing back4513 3808 1697 from4480 you.

4 Und der Prophet5030 Jeremia3414 sprach6030 zu8085 ihnen: Wohlan, ich will4513 gehorchen; und siehe, ich will4513 den HErrn3068, euren GOtt430, bitten6419, wie ihr gesagt559 habt; und alles1697, was euch der HErr3068 antworten wird, das1697 will ich euch anzeigen5046 und will euch nichts1697 verhalten.

5 Then they1992 said559 to413 Jeremiah,3414 The LORD3068 be1961 a true571 and faithful539 witness5707 between us, if518 we do6213 not3808 even3651 according to all3605 things1697 for the which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 shall send7971 thee to413 us.

5 Und sie sprachen559 zu Jeremia3414: Der HErr3068 sei ein gewisser und wahrhaftiger571 Zeuge5707 zwischen uns, wo wir nicht tun6213 werden539 alles, das1697 dir der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, an uns befehlen wird7971.

6 Whether518 it be good,2896 or whether518 it be evil,7451 we will obey8085 the voice6963 of the LORD3068 our God,430 to whom834 we580 send7971 thee; that4616 834 it may be well3190 with us, when3588 we obey8085 the voice6963 of the LORD3068 our God.430

6 Es3190 sei Gutes2896 oder Böses7451, so wollen wir580 gehorchen der Stimme6963 des HErrn3068, unsers Gottes430, zu8085 dem wir dich senden7971, auf daß uns8085 wohlgehe, so wir der Stimme6963 des HErrn3068, unsers Gottes430, gehorchen.

7 And it came to pass1961 after4480 7093 ten6235 days,3117 that the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 unto413 Jeremiah.3414

7 Und nach7093 zehn6235 Tagen3117 geschah des HErrn3068 Wort1697 zu Jeremia3414.

8 Then called7121 413 he Johanan3110 the son1121 of Kareah,7143 and all3605 the captains8269 of the forces2428 which834 were with854 him, and all3605 the people5971 from the least4480 6996 even to5704 the greatest,1419

8 Da rief7121 er Johanan3110, den Sohn1121 Kareahs7143, und2428 alle Hauptleute8269 des Heers, die bei ihm waren, und alles Volk5971, beide, klein6996 und groß1419,

9 And said559 unto413 them, Thus3541 saith559 the LORD,3068 the God430 of Israel,3478 unto413 whom834 ye sent7971 me to present5307 your supplication8467 before6440 him;
|
9 und sprach559 zu ihnen: So spricht559 der HErr3068, der GOtt430 Israels3478, zu dem ihr mich6440 gesandt7971 habt, daß5307 ich euer Gebet8467 vor ihn sollte bringen:

10 If518 ye will still abide7725 3427 in this2063 land,776 then will I build1129 you, and not3808 pull you down,2040 and I will plant5193 you, and not3808 pluck you up:5428 for3588 I repent5162 me of413 the evil7451 that834 I have done6213 unto you.

10 Werdet ihr3427 in diesem Lande bleiben, so will7725, ich euch bauen1129 und nicht7451 zerbrechen2040; ich will euch pflanzen5193 und nicht ausreuten; denn es5162 hat mich schon gereuet das776 Übel, das ich euch getan6213 habe5428.

11 Be not408 afraid3372 of4480 6440 the king4428 of Babylon,894 of whom834 ye859 are afraid;3372 4480 6440 be not408 afraid3372 of4480 him, saith5002 the LORD:3068 for3588 I589 am with854 you to save3467 you, and to deliver5337 you from his hand.4480 3027

11 Ihr sollt euch3372 nicht fürchten vor6440 dem Könige4428 zu Babel894, vor6440 dem ihr euch3372 fürchtet3373, spricht5002 der HErr3068; ihr sollt euch vor ihm nicht fürchten; denn ich will bei euch sein, daß ich euch helfe3467 und von seiner Hand3027 errette5337.

12 And I will show5414 mercies7356 unto you, that he may have mercy upon7355 you, and cause you to return7725 853 to413 your own land.127
|
12 Ich will euch Barmherzigkeit7356 erzeigen und5414 mich über euch erbarmen7355 und euch wieder7725 in euer Land127 bringen.
|
|
13 But if518 ye859 say,559 We will not3808 dwell3427 in this2063 land,776 neither1115 obey8085 the voice6963 of the LORD3068 your God,430
|
13 Werdet8085 ihr3427 aber sagen559: Wir wollen nicht im Lande776 bleiben, damit ihr ja nicht gehorchet der Stimme6963 des HErrn3068, eures Gottes430,
|
|
14 Saying,559 No;3808 but3588 we will go935 into the land776 of Egypt,4714 where834 we shall see7200 no3808 war,4421 nor3808 hear8085 the sound6963 of the trumpet,7782 nor3808 have hunger7456 of bread;3899 and there8033 will we dwell: 3427

14 sondern sagen559: Nein, wir3427 wollen nach Ägyptenland776 ziehen935, daß wir keinen Krieg4421 sehen7200 noch der Posaunen6963 Schall hören8085 und nicht Hunger Brots3899 halben leiden7456 müssen; daselbst wollen wir bleiben:

15 And now6258 therefore3651 hear8085 the word1697 of the LORD,3068 ye remnant7611 of Judah;3063 Thus3541 saith559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 the God430 of Israel;3478 If518 ye859 wholly set7760 7760 your faces6440 to enter into935 Egypt,4714 and go935 to sojourn1481 there;8033

15 nun, so höret des HErrn3068 Wort1697, ihr7760 Übrigen7611 aus Juda3063! So spricht559 der HErr3068 Zebaoth6635, der GOtt430 Israels3478: Werdet ihr935 euer Angesicht6440 richten, nach Ägyptenland4714 zu8085 ziehen935, daß ihr daselbst7760 bleiben1481 wollet,

16 Then it shall come to pass,1961 that the sword,2719 which834 ye859 feared,3373 4480 shall overtake5381 you there8033 in the land776 of Egypt,4714 and the famine,7458 whereof834 ye859 were afraid,1672 4480 shall follow close1692 after310 you there8033 in Egypt;4714 and there8033 ye shall die.4191

16 so soll euch310 das776 Schwert2719, vor dem ihr euch fürchtet3373, in Ägyptenland4714 treffen5381; und der Hunger7458, des ihr euch besorget, soll stets hinter1692 euch her sein in Ägypten4714, und sollet daselbst sterben4191.

17 So shall it be1961 with all3605 the men376 that834 set7760 853 their faces6440 to go into935 Egypt4714 to sojourn1481 there;8033 they shall die4191 by the sword,2719 by the famine,7458 and by the pestilence:1698 and none3808 of them shall1961 remain8300 or escape6412 from4480 6440 the evil7451 that834 I589 will bring935 upon5921 them.

17 Denn sie582 seien, wer sie6440 wollen, die ihr Angesicht6440 richten, daß sie nach Ägypten4714 ziehen, daselbst7760 zu bleiben1481, die sollen sterben4191 durchs Schwert2719, Hunger7458 und Pestilenz1698; und soll keiner8300 überbleiben noch entrinnen6412 dem7451 Übel, das ich über sie will935 kommen935 lassen.

18 For3588 thus3541 saith559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 the God430 of Israel;3478 As834 mine anger639 and my fury2534 hath been poured forth5413 upon5921 the inhabitants3427 of Jerusalem;3389 so3651 shall my fury2534 be poured forth5413 upon5921 you, when ye shall1961 enter into935 Egypt:4714 and ye shall be an execration,423 and an astonishment,8047 and a curse,7045 and a reproach;2781 and ye shall see7200 853 this2088 place4725 no3808 more.5750

18 Denn so spricht559 der HErr3068 Zebaoth6635, der GOtt430 Israels3478: Gleichwie mein Zorn639 und8047 Grimm2534 über die Einwohner3427 zu Jerusalem3389 gegangen ist5413, so soll7200 er auch über euch gehen935, wo ihr nach Ägypten4714 ziehet, daß zum Fluch423, zum Wunder, Schwur7045 und Schande2781 werdet und diese Stätte4725 nicht mehr sehen sollet.

19 The LORD3068 hath said1696 concerning5921 you, O ye remnant7611 of Judah;3063 Go935 ye not408 into Egypt:4714 know certainly3045 3045 that3588 I have admonished5749 you this day.3117

19 Das Wort des HErrn3068 gilt euch1696, ihr3045 Übrigen7611 aus Juda3063, daß ihr3045 nicht nach Ägypten4714 ziehet935. Darum so wisset, daß ich euch heute3117 bezeuge5749.

20 For3588 ye dissembled8582 in your hearts,5315 when3588 ye859 sent7971 me unto413 the LORD3068 your God,430 saying,559 Pray6419 for1157 us unto413 the LORD3068 our God;430 and according unto all3605 that834 the LORD3068 our God430 shall say,559 so3651 declare5046 unto us, and we will do6213 it.

20 Ihr werdet sonst euer Leben5315 verwahrlosen8582. Denn ihr habt mich gesandt7971 zum HErrn3068, eurem GOtt430, und gesagt559: Bitte6419 den HErrn3068, unsern GOtt430, für uns; und alles, was der HErr3068, unser GOtt430, sagen559 wird, das zeige uns an5046, so wollen wir danach tun6213.

21 And now I have this day3117 declared5046 it to you; but ye have not3808 obeyed8085 the voice6963 of the LORD3068 your God,430 nor any3605 thing for the which834 he hath sent7971 me unto413 you.
|
21 Das habe ich euch heute3117 zu wissen getan; aber ihr wollt der Stimme6963 des7971 HErrn3068, eures Gottes430, nicht gehorchen noch allem dem, das er mir5046 an euch befohlen hat8085.

22 Now6258 therefore know certainly3045 3045 that3588 ye shall die4191 by the sword,2719 by the famine,7458 and by the pestilence,1698 in the place4725 whither834 8033 ye desire2654 to go935 and to sojourn.1481
|
22 So sollt ihr3045 nun wissen3045, daß ihr durchs Schwert2719, Hunger7458 und Pestilenz1698 sterben4191 müsset an dem Ort4725, dahin ihr gedenkt2654 zu ziehen935, daß ihr daselbst wohnen1481 wollet.
