Chapter 13

1 NOW Joshua was old and advanced in years; and the LORD said to him, Behold, you are old and advanced in years, and there remains yet very much land to be possessed.

2 This is the land that yet remains in all regions of the Philistines and in all the country of En-dor,

3 From Sihor, which is before Egypt, as far as the border of Ekron northward, which is counted to the Canaanites; five lords of the Philistines; the Gazathites, the Ashdothites, the Eshkalonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; and also the Avites to the south;

4 And all the land of the Canaanites, and Maarthah which belongs to the Sidonians, as far as Aphik, to the border of the Amorites;

5 And the land of Gebal, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Gilead below mount Hermon to the entrance of Hamath.

6 All the inhabitants of the mountains from Lebanon to the place of hot waters, and all the Sidonians, will I the LORD drive out from before the children of Israel; only divide the land by lot to the Israelites as I have commanded you.

7 Now therefore divide this land as an inheritance to the nine tribes, and the half tribe of Manasseh along with them,

8 Because the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half of the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance which Moses gave them beyond the Jordan eastward, as my servant Moses gave them;

9 From Adoer, which is on the bank of the river Arnon, and the city which is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain which is westward as far as Ribon;

10 And all the towns of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, to the border of the children of Ammon;

11 And Gilead, and the territory of En-dor and of Koros, and all mount Hermon, and all Mathnin to Salcah;

12 All the kingdom of Og in Mathnin, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Erdei, who was left of the remnant of the giants, whom Moses slew, and Israel possessed their land.

13 Nevertheless the children of Israel did not destroy the people of En-dor and Koros; so the En-dorites and the Korosites dwell among the children of Israel until this day.

14 Only to the tribe of Levi he gave no inheritance, because the offerings of the LORD God of Israel are their inheritance, as Moses had said.

15 And Moses gave an inheritance to the tribe of the Reubenites according to their families.

16 And their territory was from Adoer, which is on the bank of the river Arnon, and the town which is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain as far as Riba;

17 And Heshbon, and all the towns which are in the plain; Ribon and Math-Baal and Beth-beni-ammon

18 And Jahaz and Kermoth and Aenath

19 And Koriathaim and Shammah and Jazreth and Seir on the mount of the valley

20 And Beth-peor and Ashtaroth and Pisgah and Beth-jeshimoth

21 And all the cities of the plain and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses and the children of Israel slew in Midian, both him and his princes, Evi, Rakim, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, the five princes of Sihon, who dwelt in the land.

22 Balaam also, the son of Beor, the soothsayer, did the children of Israel slay with the sword along with the rest of them that were slain by them.

23 And the border of the Reubenites was the region of the Jordan. This is the inheritance of the Reubenites according to their families, the cities and the villages thereof.

24 And Moses gave an inheritance to the tribe of Gad, according to their families.

25 And their territory was Jazer and all the cities of Gilead and half the land of the children of Ammon to Adoer which is before Rabbath;

26 And from Heshbon to Ramath-mizpah, and Betonin; and from Mahanaim to the border of Debir;

27 And in the valley, Beth-atim and Beth-nimrah and Succoth and the region northward and the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, and their borders extended as far as the Jordan, and to the edge of the sea of Chinnereth beyond the Jordan eastward.

28 This is the inheritance of the Gadites by their families, the cities and their villages.

29 And Moses gave an inheritance to the half tribe of Manasseh; and this was the possession of the half tribe of Manasshites by their families.

30 And their territory was from Mahanaim, all Mathnin, all the kingdom of Og king of Mathnin, and all the villages of Jair, which are in Mathnin, sixty towns;

31 And half Gilead, and Ashtaroth and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Mathnin. These cities and their villages Moses gave to the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, to the half of the children of Machir by their families.

32 These two tribes and the half of the tribe of Manasseh Moses gave an inheritance in the plains of Moab, beyond the Jordan, eastward.

33 But to the tribe of Levi Moses gave no inheritance; because, as he said to them, the LORD God of Israel was their inheritance.

1 Иисус прожил долгую жизнь, состарился, и ГОСПОДЬ сказал ему: «Ты прожил долгую жизнь, состарился, а земель, которые вам предстоит завоевать, еще очень много.

2 Вот они, оставшиеся земли: это все области филистимские и все земли, где живут потомки Гешура,

3 от реки Шихор, что близ восточной границы Египта, и на север до самых пределов Экрона. Эти земли считаются владениями ханаанеев, там пять правителей филистимских: в Газе, Ашдоде, Ашкелоне, Гате и Экроне — и земля аввеев

4 на юге. Также и все земли ханаанеев от Ары, что в краю сидонском, и до самого Афека, до пределов амореев,

5 и страна, где живет племя Гибла, и весь Ливан до восточных его границ — от Баал-Гада, что у подножия горы Ермон, до Лево-Хамата.

6 Я Сам буду изгонять всех обитателей горной страны, что простирается от Ливана до Мисрефот-Маим, и всех сидонян по мере продвижения израильтян. Ты же распредели по жребию между израильтянами их наследие — эти земли, как Я указал тебе.

7 Раздели эти земли теперь и передай их девяти коленам и половине колена Манассии в наследственное владение».

8 Другая же половина колена Манассии и потомки Рувима и Гада к тому времени уже обрели свое наследие — земли на восточном берегу Иордана, что назначены были для них еще Моисеем. Моисей, слуга ГОСПОДЕНЬ, передал им земли

9 от Ароэра, что на берегу потока Арнон, вместе с городом посреди долины, и всю равнину от Медвы до Дивона.

10 Получили они и все города Сихона, царя амореев, который правил в Хешбоне, — его страна простиралась до границ аммонитян,

11 и страну Гилад, и земли, принадлежавшие потомкам Гешура и Маахата, всю гору Ермон и весь Башан до Салхи,

12 и все царство Ога, правившего Башаном из Аштарота и Эдреи (Ог был одним из немногих оставшихся на земле рефаимов). Моисей одержал победу над этими царями и захватил их владения.

13 Однако жителей Гешура и Маахата израильтяне не изгнали с их земель. Эти народы и по сей день живут среди израильтян.

14 Только колену Левия не было дано наследия. Уделом левитов были дары, приносимые ГОСПОДУ, Богу Израиля, — так сказал им Господь.

15 Вот какие земли отдал Моисей семействам из колена Рувима:

16 владения от Ароэра, что на берегу потока Арнон, и город посреди долины Арнона, и всю равнину до Медвы —

17 страну Хешбон и все города ее на равнине: Дивон, Бамот-Баал и Бет-Баал-Меон,

18 Яхца, Кедемот, Мефаат,

19 Кирьятаим, Сивма и Церет-Шахар на холме посреди равнины,

20 Бет-Пеор, города у подножия горы Фасги и Бет-Хаешимот —

21 все города на равнине, все владения Сихона, царя амореев, который правил Хешбоном. Над ним и вельможами его, старейшинами мидьянскими Эви, Рекемом, Цуром, Хуром и Ревой (они жили в землях Сихона), одержал Моисей победу.

22 Среди убитых в этих городах был Валаам-прорицатель, сын Беора: он пал от меча израильтян.

23 А границей владений потомков Рувима была река Иордан. Все эти города и прилегавшие к ним селения были наследием потомков Рувима, предназначенным их семействам.

24 Моисей отвел земли и потомкам Гада, всем семействам этого колена.

25 В их владении были Язер и все города Гилада: половина земель, принадлежавших аммонитянам, вплоть до Ароэра, что близ Раббы,

26 все земли от Хешбона до Рамат-Мицпе и Бетонима, от Маханаима до пределов Ло-Девара,

27 включая долину Бет-Харам, а также Бет-Нимра, Суккот и Цафон, остатки владений Сихона, царя хешбонского, реку Иордан (как границу) и восточную часть ее долин до побережья озера Киннерет.

28 Таково наследие потомков Гада, всех семейств их, — города и прилегавшие к ним селения.

29 И для половины колена Манассии (половины всех семейств из колена Манассии) определил Моисей владения:

30 земли на север от Маханаима, весь Башан — владения Ога, царя башанского, включая все шестьдесят городов, Селений Яира, что находились в Башане,

31 и половину страны Гилад, и Аштарот и Эдреи — башанские столицы Ога. Всё это было назначено потомкам Махира, сына Манассии (половине из всех семейств потомков Махира).

32 Такое наследие для этих колен определено было Моисеем на равнинах земли Моав, на восточном берегу Иордана, напротив Иерихона.

33 Но колену Левия не дал Моисей подобного наследия. Сам ГОСПОДЬ, Бог Израиля, — наследие левитов: так Он обещал им.

1 NOW Joshua was old and advanced in years; and the LORD said to him, Behold, you are old and advanced in years, and there remains yet very much land to be possessed.

1 Иисус прожил долгую жизнь, состарился, и ГОСПОДЬ сказал ему: «Ты прожил долгую жизнь, состарился, а земель, которые вам предстоит завоевать, еще очень много.

2 This is the land that yet remains in all regions of the Philistines and in all the country of En-dor,

2 Вот они, оставшиеся земли: это все области филистимские и все земли, где живут потомки Гешура,

3 From Sihor, which is before Egypt, as far as the border of Ekron northward, which is counted to the Canaanites; five lords of the Philistines; the Gazathites, the Ashdothites, the Eshkalonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; and also the Avites to the south;

3 от реки Шихор, что близ восточной границы Египта, и на север до самых пределов Экрона. Эти земли считаются владениями ханаанеев, там пять правителей филистимских: в Газе, Ашдоде, Ашкелоне, Гате и Экроне — и земля аввеев

4 And all the land of the Canaanites, and Maarthah which belongs to the Sidonians, as far as Aphik, to the border of the Amorites;

4 на юге. Также и все земли ханаанеев от Ары, что в краю сидонском, и до самого Афека, до пределов амореев,

5 And the land of Gebal, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Gilead below mount Hermon to the entrance of Hamath.

5 и страна, где живет племя Гибла, и весь Ливан до восточных его границ — от Баал-Гада, что у подножия горы Ермон, до Лево-Хамата.

6 All the inhabitants of the mountains from Lebanon to the place of hot waters, and all the Sidonians, will I the LORD drive out from before the children of Israel; only divide the land by lot to the Israelites as I have commanded you.

6 Я Сам буду изгонять всех обитателей горной страны, что простирается от Ливана до Мисрефот-Маим, и всех сидонян по мере продвижения израильтян. Ты же распредели по жребию между израильтянами их наследие — эти земли, как Я указал тебе.

7 Now therefore divide this land as an inheritance to the nine tribes, and the half tribe of Manasseh along with them,

7 Раздели эти земли теперь и передай их девяти коленам и половине колена Манассии в наследственное владение».

8 Because the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half of the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance which Moses gave them beyond the Jordan eastward, as my servant Moses gave them;

8 Другая же половина колена Манассии и потомки Рувима и Гада к тому времени уже обрели свое наследие — земли на восточном берегу Иордана, что назначены были для них еще Моисеем. Моисей, слуга ГОСПОДЕНЬ, передал им земли

9 From Adoer, which is on the bank of the river Arnon, and the city which is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain which is westward as far as Ribon;

9 от Ароэра, что на берегу потока Арнон, вместе с городом посреди долины, и всю равнину от Медвы до Дивона.

10 And all the towns of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, to the border of the children of Ammon;

10 Получили они и все города Сихона, царя амореев, который правил в Хешбоне, — его страна простиралась до границ аммонитян,

11 And Gilead, and the territory of En-dor and of Koros, and all mount Hermon, and all Mathnin to Salcah;

11 и страну Гилад, и земли, принадлежавшие потомкам Гешура и Маахата, всю гору Ермон и весь Башан до Салхи,

12 All the kingdom of Og in Mathnin, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Erdei, who was left of the remnant of the giants, whom Moses slew, and Israel possessed their land.

12 и все царство Ога, правившего Башаном из Аштарота и Эдреи (Ог был одним из немногих оставшихся на земле рефаимов). Моисей одержал победу над этими царями и захватил их владения.

13 Nevertheless the children of Israel did not destroy the people of En-dor and Koros; so the En-dorites and the Korosites dwell among the children of Israel until this day.

13 Однако жителей Гешура и Маахата израильтяне не изгнали с их земель. Эти народы и по сей день живут среди израильтян.

14 Only to the tribe of Levi he gave no inheritance, because the offerings of the LORD God of Israel are their inheritance, as Moses had said.

14 Только колену Левия не было дано наследия. Уделом левитов были дары, приносимые ГОСПОДУ, Богу Израиля, — так сказал им Господь.

15 And Moses gave an inheritance to the tribe of the Reubenites according to their families.

15 Вот какие земли отдал Моисей семействам из колена Рувима:

16 And their territory was from Adoer, which is on the bank of the river Arnon, and the town which is in the middle of the valley, and all the plain as far as Riba;

16 владения от Ароэра, что на берегу потока Арнон, и город посреди долины Арнона, и всю равнину до Медвы —

17 And Heshbon, and all the towns which are in the plain; Ribon and Math-Baal and Beth-beni-ammon

17 страну Хешбон и все города ее на равнине: Дивон, Бамот-Баал и Бет-Баал-Меон,

21 все города на равнине, все владения Сихона, царя амореев, который правил Хешбоном. Над ним и вельможами его, старейшинами мидьянскими Эви, Рекемом, Цуром, Хуром и Ревой (они жили в землях Сихона), одержал Моисей победу.

23 А границей владений потомков Рувима была река Иордан. Все эти города и прилегавшие к ним селения были наследием потомков Рувима, предназначенным их семействам.

24 And Moses gave an inheritance to the tribe of Gad, according to their families.

24 Моисей отвел земли и потомкам Гада, всем семействам этого колена.

25 And their territory was Jazer and all the cities of Gilead and half the land of the children of Ammon to Adoer which is before Rabbath;

25 В их владении были Язер и все города Гилада: половина земель, принадлежавших аммонитянам, вплоть до Ароэра, что близ Раббы,

26 And from Heshbon to Ramath-mizpah, and Betonin; and from Mahanaim to the border of Debir;

26 все земли от Хешбона до Рамат-Мицпе и Бетонима, от Маханаима до пределов Ло-Девара,

28 Таково наследие потомков Гада, всех семейств их, — города и прилегавшие к ним селения.

29 And Moses gave an inheritance to the half tribe of Manasseh; and this was the possession of the half tribe of Manasshites by their families.

29 И для половины колена Манассии (половины всех семейств из колена Манассии) определил Моисей владения:

30 And their territory was from Mahanaim, all Mathnin, all the kingdom of Og king of Mathnin, and all the villages of Jair, which are in Mathnin, sixty towns;

30 земли на север от Маханаима, весь Башан — владения Ога, царя башанского, включая все шестьдесят городов, Селений Яира, что находились в Башане,

31 And half Gilead, and Ashtaroth and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Mathnin. These cities and their villages Moses gave to the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, to the half of the children of Machir by their families.

31 и половину страны Гилад, и Аштарот и Эдреи — башанские столицы Ога. Всё это было назначено потомкам Махира, сына Манассии (половине из всех семейств потомков Махира).

32 These two tribes and the half of the tribe of Manasseh Moses gave an inheritance in the plains of Moab, beyond the Jordan, eastward.

32 Такое наследие для этих колен определено было Моисеем на равнинах земли Моав, на восточном берегу Иордана, напротив Иерихона.

33 But to the tribe of Levi Moses gave no inheritance; because, as he said to them, the LORD God of Israel was their inheritance.

33 Но колену Левия не дал Моисей подобного наследия. Сам ГОСПОДЬ, Бог Израиля, — наследие левитов: так Он обещал им.
