Второзаконие

Глава 17

1 «Не приноси в жертву Господу, Богу твоему, вола или овцу, в которой есть изъян, потому что Господу, Богу твоему, ненавистно это!

2 Если услышишь, что в одном из городов, отданных тебе Господом, Богом твоим, произошло зло; если услышишь, что мужчина или женщина согрешили против Господа, Бога твоего, и нарушили соглашение Господнее;

3 если люди стали служить иным богам и поклоняться солнцу, луне или звёздам, то они совершили всё это наперекор тем заповедям, которые Я тебе дал.

4 Если услышишь такие плохие вести, проверь и узнай, правда ли, что в Израиле на самом деле случилась такая мерзость. И если докажешь, что это правда,

5 то накажи тех, кто совершил такое зло: отведи того мужчину или ту женщину на площадь перед городскими воротами и забей камнями насмерть.

6 Не осуждай человека на смерть, если нашёлся всего лишь один свидетель совершённому злу, но если двое или трое свидетелей подтверждают это, то он должен быть убит.

7 Пусть свидетели первыми бросят в того человека камни, а затем и остальные пусть забросают его насмерть камнями и так устранят зло из вашего народа.

8 Если будут дела, которые суду слишком трудно разрешить, как, например, убийство или спор между двумя людьми, или если кому-то во время драки нанесут увечье, и если эти дела поступят в суд в твоём городе, и твои судьи окажутся не в состоянии решить правильно, то иди на святое место, которое изберёт Господь, Бог твой.

9 Пойди к священникам из колена левитов и к судье, который будет в то время, и они решат, что делать.

10 Там, на священном месте Господнем, они объявят тебе своё решение, и ты будешь должен исполнить всё именно так, как они тебе скажут. Приложи все усилия, чтобы в точности исполнить все их указания, ничего не изменяя.

12 Ты должен наказать того, кто откажется повиноваться судье или священнику, который в это время служит Господу, Богу твоему. Тот человек должен быть предан смерти, устрани этого грешника из народа израильского!

13 И когда народ услышит об этом наказании, все испугаются и не будут больше упрямиться.

14 Когда войдёшь в землю, которую Господь, Бог твой, отдаёт тебе, и, захватив её, станешь на ней жить, то скажешь: „Мы изберём себе царя, подобно всем народам, живущим вокруг нас”.

15 Вы обязательно должны выбрать царя, которого изберёт Господь. Царём над вами пусть будет один из вас, не ставьте над собой царём чужестранца.

16 Пусть царь не забирает себе всё больше и больше коней и не посылает никого в Египет, чтобы привести ещё коней, так как Господь сказал тебе: „Никогда не возвращайтесь обратно той дорогой”.

17 И пусть у царя не будет слишком много жён, потому что это приведёт к тому, что он отвернётся от Господа, пусть он не обогащается серебром и золотом.

18 В начале своего правления пусть царь запишет для себя законы в книгу, пусть перепишет их из тех книг, которые хранятся у священников и левитов.

19 Пусть держит эту книгу при себе и всю жизнь читает её, потому что царь должен научиться почитать Господа, Бога своего, и безоговорочно исполнять всё, что велит закон.

20 И тогда царь не будет считать себя лучше своего народа, не отвернётся от закона, а будет в точности следовать ему, и тот царь и его потомки будут долго править Израильским царством».

1 You shall not sacrifice2076 to the LORD3068 your God430 any bullock,7794 or sheep,7716 wherein834 is blemish,3971 or any3605 bad reputation:1697 7451 for that is an abomination8441 to the LORD3068 your God.430

2 If3588 there be found4672 among7130 you, within any259 of your gates8179 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you, man376 or woman,802 that has worked6213 wickedness7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD3068 your God,430 in transgressing5674 his covenant,1285

3 And has gone3212 and served5647 other312 gods,430 and worshipped7812 them, either the sun,8121 or176 moon,3394 or176 any3605 of the host6635 of heaven,8064 which834 I have not commanded;6680

4 And it be told5046 you, and you have heard8085 of it, and inquired1875 diligently,3190 and, behold,2009 it be true,571 and the thing1697 certain,3559 that such2063 abomination8441 is worked6213 in Israel:3478

5 Then shall you bring3318 forth3318 that man376 or176 that woman,802 which834 have committed6213 that wicked7451 thing,1697 to your gates,8179 even that man376 or176 that woman,802 and shall stone5619 them with stones,68 till they die.4191

6 At5921 the mouth6310 of two8147 witnesses,5707 or176 three7969 witnesses,5707 shall he that is worthy of death4191 be put to death;4191 but at5921 the mouth6310 of one259 witness5707 he shall not be put to death.4191

7 The hands3027 of the witnesses5707 shall be first7223 on him to put him to death,4191 and afterward314 the hands3027 of all3605 the people.5971 So you shall put1197 the evil7451 away1197 from among7130 you.

8 If3588 there arise a matter1697 too hard6381 for you in judgment,4941 between996 blood1818 and blood,1818 between996 plea1779 and plea,1779 and between996 stroke5061 and stroke,5061 being matters1697 of controversy7379 within your gates:8179 then shall you arise,6965 and get5927 you up into413 the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose;977

9 And you shall come935 to the priests3548 the Levites,3881 and to the judge8199 that shall be in those1992 days,3117 and inquire;1875 and they shall show5046 you the sentence1697 of judgment:4941

10 And you shall do6213 according5921 6310 to the sentence,1697 which834 they of that place4725 which834 the LORD3068 shall choose977 shall show5046 you; and you shall observe8104 to do6213 according to all3605 that they inform3384 you:

11 According5921 to the sentence6310 of the law8451 which834 they shall teach3384 you, and according5921 to the judgment4941 which834 they shall tell559 you, you shall do:6213 you shall not decline5493 from the sentence1697 which834 they shall show5046 you, to the right3225 hand,3225 nor to the left.8040

12 And the man376 that will do6213 presumptuously,2087 and will not listen8085 to the priest3548 that stands5975 to minister8334 there8033 before854 the LORD3068 your God,430 or176 to the judge,8199 even that man376 shall die:4191 and you shall put1197 away1197 the evil7451 from Israel.3478

13 And all3605 the people5971 shall hear,8085 and fear,3372 and do no3808 more5750 presumptuously.2102

14 When3588 you are come935 to the land776 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you, and shall possess3423 it, and shall dwell3427 therein, and shall say,559 I will set7760 a king4428 over5921 me, like as all3605 the nations1471 that are about5439 me;

15 You shall in any wise set7760 him king4428 over5921 you, whom834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose:977 one from among7130 your brothers251 shall you set7760 king4428 over5921 you: you may3021 not set5414 a stranger376 5237 over5921 you, which834 is not your brother.251

16 But he shall not multiply7235 horses5483 to himself, nor3808 cause the people5971 to return7725 to Egypt,4714 to the end4616 that he should multiply7235 horses:5483 for as much as the LORD3068 has said559 to you, You shall from now on3254 return7725 no3808 more5750 that way.1870

17 Neither3808 shall he multiply7235 wives802 to himself, that his heart3824 turn5493 not away: neither3808 shall he greatly3966 multiply7235 to himself silver3701 and gold.2091

18 And it shall be, when he sits3427 on the throne3678 of his kingdom,4467 that he shall write3789 him a copy4932 of this2063 law8451 in a book5612 out of that which is before6440 the priests3548 the Levites:3881

19 And it shall be with him, and he shall read7121 therein all3605 the days3117 of his life:2416 that he may learn3925 to fear3372 the LORD3068 his God,430 to keep8104 all3605 the words1697 of this2063 law8451 and these428 statutes,2706 to do6213 them:

20 That his heart3824 be not lifted7311 up above his brothers,251 and that he turn5493 not aside from the commandment,4687 to the right3225 hand,3225 or to the left:8040 to the end4616 that he may prolong748 his days3117 in his kingdom,4467 he, and his children,1121 in the middle7130 of Israel.3478

2 Если услышишь, что в одном из городов, отданных тебе Господом, Богом твоим, произошло зло; если услышишь, что мужчина или женщина согрешили против Господа, Бога твоего, и нарушили соглашение Господнее;

3 если люди стали служить иным богам и поклоняться солнцу, луне или звёздам, то они совершили всё это наперекор тем заповедям, которые Я тебе дал.

3 And has gone3212 and served5647 other312 gods,430 and worshipped7812 them, either the sun,8121 or176 moon,3394 or176 any3605 of the host6635 of heaven,8064 which834 I have not commanded;6680

4 Если услышишь такие плохие вести, проверь и узнай, правда ли, что в Израиле на самом деле случилась такая мерзость. И если докажешь, что это правда,

4 And it be told5046 you, and you have heard8085 of it, and inquired1875 diligently,3190 and, behold,2009 it be true,571 and the thing1697 certain,3559 that such2063 abomination8441 is worked6213 in Israel:3478

5 то накажи тех, кто совершил такое зло: отведи того мужчину или ту женщину на площадь перед городскими воротами и забей камнями насмерть.

5 Then shall you bring3318 forth3318 that man376 or176 that woman,802 which834 have committed6213 that wicked7451 thing,1697 to your gates,8179 even that man376 or176 that woman,802 and shall stone5619 them with stones,68 till they die.4191

6 Не осуждай человека на смерть, если нашёлся всего лишь один свидетель совершённому злу, но если двое или трое свидетелей подтверждают это, то он должен быть убит.

6 At5921 the mouth6310 of two8147 witnesses,5707 or176 three7969 witnesses,5707 shall he that is worthy of death4191 be put to death;4191 but at5921 the mouth6310 of one259 witness5707 he shall not be put to death.4191

7 Пусть свидетели первыми бросят в того человека камни, а затем и остальные пусть забросают его насмерть камнями и так устранят зло из вашего народа.

7 The hands3027 of the witnesses5707 shall be first7223 on him to put him to death,4191 and afterward314 the hands3027 of all3605 the people.5971 So you shall put1197 the evil7451 away1197 from among7130 you.

8 Если будут дела, которые суду слишком трудно разрешить, как, например, убийство или спор между двумя людьми, или если кому-то во время драки нанесут увечье, и если эти дела поступят в суд в твоём городе, и твои судьи окажутся не в состоянии решить правильно, то иди на святое место, которое изберёт Господь, Бог твой.

8 If3588 there arise a matter1697 too hard6381 for you in judgment,4941 between996 blood1818 and blood,1818 between996 plea1779 and plea,1779 and between996 stroke5061 and stroke,5061 being matters1697 of controversy7379 within your gates:8179 then shall you arise,6965 and get5927 you up into413 the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose;977

9 Пойди к священникам из колена левитов и к судье, который будет в то время, и они решат, что делать.

9 And you shall come935 to the priests3548 the Levites,3881 and to the judge8199 that shall be in those1992 days,3117 and inquire;1875 and they shall show5046 you the sentence1697 of judgment:4941

10 Там, на священном месте Господнем, они объявят тебе своё решение, и ты будешь должен исполнить всё именно так, как они тебе скажут. Приложи все усилия, чтобы в точности исполнить все их указания, ничего не изменяя.

10 And you shall do6213 according5921 6310 to the sentence,1697 which834 they of that place4725 which834 the LORD3068 shall choose977 shall show5046 you; and you shall observe8104 to do6213 according to all3605 that they inform3384 you:

11 According5921 to the sentence6310 of the law8451 which834 they shall teach3384 you, and according5921 to the judgment4941 which834 they shall tell559 you, you shall do:6213 you shall not decline5493 from the sentence1697 which834 they shall show5046 you, to the right3225 hand,3225 nor to the left.8040

12 Ты должен наказать того, кто откажется повиноваться судье или священнику, который в это время служит Господу, Богу твоему. Тот человек должен быть предан смерти, устрани этого грешника из народа израильского!

12 And the man376 that will do6213 presumptuously,2087 and will not listen8085 to the priest3548 that stands5975 to minister8334 there8033 before854 the LORD3068 your God,430 or176 to the judge,8199 even that man376 shall die:4191 and you shall put1197 away1197 the evil7451 from Israel.3478

13 И когда народ услышит об этом наказании, все испугаются и не будут больше упрямиться.

13 And all3605 the people5971 shall hear,8085 and fear,3372 and do no3808 more5750 presumptuously.2102

14 Когда войдёшь в землю, которую Господь, Бог твой, отдаёт тебе, и, захватив её, станешь на ней жить, то скажешь: „Мы изберём себе царя, подобно всем народам, живущим вокруг нас”.

14 When3588 you are come935 to the land776 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you, and shall possess3423 it, and shall dwell3427 therein, and shall say,559 I will set7760 a king4428 over5921 me, like as all3605 the nations1471 that are about5439 me;

15 Вы обязательно должны выбрать царя, которого изберёт Господь. Царём над вами пусть будет один из вас, не ставьте над собой царём чужестранца.

15 You shall in any wise set7760 him king4428 over5921 you, whom834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose:977 one from among7130 your brothers251 shall you set7760 king4428 over5921 you: you may3021 not set5414 a stranger376 5237 over5921 you, which834 is not your brother.251

16 Пусть царь не забирает себе всё больше и больше коней и не посылает никого в Египет, чтобы привести ещё коней, так как Господь сказал тебе: „Никогда не возвращайтесь обратно той дорогой”.

17 И пусть у царя не будет слишком много жён, потому что это приведёт к тому, что он отвернётся от Господа, пусть он не обогащается серебром и золотом.

18 В начале своего правления пусть царь запишет для себя законы в книгу, пусть перепишет их из тех книг, которые хранятся у священников и левитов.

18 And it shall be, when he sits3427 on the throne3678 of his kingdom,4467 that he shall write3789 him a copy4932 of this2063 law8451 in a book5612 out of that which is before6440 the priests3548 the Levites:3881

19 Пусть держит эту книгу при себе и всю жизнь читает её, потому что царь должен научиться почитать Господа, Бога своего, и безоговорочно исполнять всё, что велит закон.

19 And it shall be with him, and he shall read7121 therein all3605 the days3117 of his life:2416 that he may learn3925 to fear3372 the LORD3068 his God,430 to keep8104 all3605 the words1697 of this2063 law8451 and these428 statutes,2706 to do6213 them:

20 И тогда царь не будет считать себя лучше своего народа, не отвернётся от закона, а будет в точности следовать ему, и тот царь и его потомки будут долго править Израильским царством».
