6 Аврам87 сказал559 Саре:8297 вот, служанка8198 твоя в твоих руках;3027 делай6213 с нею, что тебе угодно.28965869 И Сара8297 стала притеснять6031 ее, и она убежала1272 от нее.

7 И нашел4672 ее Ангел4397 Господень3068 у источника5869 воды4325 в пустыне,4057 у источника5869 на дороге1870 к Суру.7793

8 И сказал559 ей: Агарь,1904 служанка8198 Сарина!8297 откуда335 ты пришла935 и куда идешь?3212 Она сказала:559 я бегу1272 от лица6440 Сары,8297 госпожи1404 моей.

9 Ангел4397 Господень3068 сказал559 ей: возвратись7725 к госпоже1404 своей и покорись6031 ей.

10 И сказал559 ей Ангел4397 Господень:3068 умножая7235 умножу7235 потомство2233 твое, так что нельзя будет и счесть5608 его от множества.7230

11 И еще сказал559 ей Ангел4397 Господень:3068 вот,2009 ты беременна,2030 и родишь3205 сына,1121 и наречешь7121 ему имя8034 Измаил,3458 ибо услышал8085 Господь3068 страдание6040 твое;

12 он будет между людьми,120 как дикий6501 осел;6501 руки3027 его на всех, и руки3027 всех на него; жить7931 будет7931 он пред5921 лицем6440 всех братьев251 своих.

13 И нарекла7121 Агарь Господа,3068 Который говорил1696 к ней, сим именем: Ты Бог410 видящий7210 меня. Ибо сказала559 она: точно я видела7200 здесь1988 в след310 видящего7210 меня.

14 Посему источник875 тот называется:7121 Беэр-лахай-рои.8832416 Он находится между Кадесом6946 и между Баредом.1260

15 Агарь1904 родила3205 Авраму87 сына;1121 и нарек7121 Аврам87 имя8034 сыну1121 своему, рожденному3205 от Агари:1904 Измаил.3458

Chapter 16

1 NOW Sarai, Abram's wife, bore him no children; and she had an Egyptian handmaid, whose name was Hagar.

2 And Sarai said to Abram, Behold now, the LORD has restrained me from bearing children; therefore go in unto my maid; it may be that I may be consoled by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.

3 And Sarai, Abram's wife, took Hagar her Egyptian maid, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife. This happened after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan.

4 And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived: and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes.

5 And Sarai said to Abram, My wrong be upon you; I gave my maid into your bosom; and when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her eyes; may the LORD judge between me and you.

6 But Abram said to Sarai his wife, Behold your maid is at your disposal; do to her as it pleases you. And when Sarai dealt harshly with her, she fled from her.

7 And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain on the road to Gadar.

8 And he said to her, Hagar, maid of Sarai, where have you come from, and where are you going? And she said, I flee from the presence of my mistress Sarai.

9 And the angel of the LORD said to her, Return to your mistress, and submit yourself under her hands.

10 And again the angel of the LORD said to her, I will greatly multiply your descendants, that they can not be numbered because of their multitude.

11 And the angel of the LORD said to her, Behold, you are with child, and shall bear a son, and you shall call his name Ishmael; because the LORD has heard of your afflictions.

12 And he will be like a wild ass among men; with his hand against every man, and every man's hand against him, and he shall dwell on the borders of all his brethren.

13 And she called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, and said, Thou art God whom I saw; for she said, Behold, I have also seen a vision after he had seen me.

14 Therefore she called the well, Beer-di-khaya-khizan (which means, the well of the Living One who saw me). Behold, it is between Rakim and Gadar.

15 And Hagar bore Abram a son; and Abram called his son's name, whom Hagar bore, Ishmael.

16 And Abram was eighty-six years old when Hagar bore Ishmael to him.

3 And Sarai, Abram's wife, took Hagar her Egyptian maid, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife. This happened after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan.

11 And the angel of the LORD said to her, Behold, you are with child, and shall bear a son, and you shall call his name Ishmael; because the LORD has heard of your afflictions.

12 он будет между людьми,120 как дикий6501 осел;6501 руки3027 его на всех, и руки3027 всех на него; жить7931 будет7931 он пред5921 лицем6440 всех братьев251 своих.

12 And he will be like a wild ass among men; with his hand against every man, and every man's hand against him, and he shall dwell on the borders of all his brethren.

13 And she called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, and said, Thou art God whom I saw; for she said, Behold, I have also seen a vision after he had seen me.

14 Посему источник875 тот называется:7121 Беэр-лахай-рои.8832416 Он находится между Кадесом6946 и между Баредом.1260

14 Therefore she called the well, Beer-di-khaya-khizan (which means, the well of the Living One who saw me). Behold, it is between Rakim and Gadar.

15 And Hagar bore Abram a son; and Abram called his son's name, whom Hagar bore, Ishmael.

16 And Abram was eighty-six years old when Hagar bore Ishmael to him.
