2 и поставлю5414 завет1285 Мой между Мною и тобою, и весьма,3966 весьма3966 размножу7235 тебя.

3 И пал5307 Аврам87 на5921 лице6440 свое. Бог430 продолжал1696 говорить1696 с ним и сказал:559

4 Я589 — вот завет1285 Мой с тобою: ты будешь отцом1 множества1995 народов,1471

5 и не будешь ты больше называться7121 Аврамом,87 но будет тебе имя:8034 Авраам,85 ибо Я сделаю5414 тебя отцом1 множества1995 народов;1471

6 и весьма,3966 весьма3966 распложу6509 тебя, и произведу5414 от тебя народы,1471 и цари4428 произойдут3318 от тебя;

7 и поставлю6965 завет1285 Мой между Мною и тобою и между потомками2233 твоими после310 тебя в роды1755 их, завет1285 вечный5769 в том, что Я буду Богом430 твоим и потомков2233 твоих после310 тебя;

8 и дам5414 тебе и потомкам2233 твоим после310 тебя землю,776 по которой ты странствуешь,4033 всю землю776 Ханаанскую,3667 во владение272 вечное;5769 и буду им Богом.430

10 Сей есть завет1285 Мой, который вы должны соблюдать8104 между Мною и между вами и между потомками2233 твоими после310 тебя: да будет4135 у вас обрезан4135 весь мужеский2145 пол;2145

11 обрезывайте5243 крайнюю6190 плоть1320 вашу: и сие будет знамением226 завета1285 между Мною и вами.

12 Восьми8083 дней3117 от рождения1121 да будет4135 обрезан4135 у вас в роды1755 ваши всякий младенец мужеского2145 пола,2145 рожденный3211 в доме1004 и купленный4736 за серебро3701 у какого-нибудь иноплеменника,11215236 который не от твоего семени.2233

16 Я благословлю1288 ее и дам5414 тебе от нее сына;1121 благословлю1288 ее, и произойдут от нее народы,1471 и цари4428 народов5971 произойдут от нее.

17 И пал5307 Авраам85 на5921 лице6440 свое, и рассмеялся,6711 и сказал559 сам в себе:3820 неужели от столетнего396781411121 будет3205 сын? и Сарра,8283 девяностолетняя,867381411323 неужели родит?3205

Chapter 17

1 WHEN Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to him, and said to him, I am the Almighty God; walk well before me, and be faultless.

2 And I will make my covenant between me and you and will multiply you exceedingly.

3 And Abram fell on his face; and God talked with him, saying,

4 As for me, behold, I am establishing my covenant with you, and you shall be a father of many peoples.

5 Neither shall your name any more be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many peoples.

6 And I will make you fruitful, and multiply you exceedingly; and I will make you father of many nations, and kings shall come out of your loins.

7 And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your descendants after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, and I will be God to you and to your descendants after you.

8 And I will give to you, and your descendants after you, the land in which you sojourn, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting inheritance; and I will be their God.

9 And God said to Abraham, You shall keep my covenant, you, and your descendants after you throughout their generations.

10 This is my covenant, which you shall keep between me and you and your descendants after you: Every male among you shall be circumcised.

11 And you shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant between me and you.

12 And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every male throughout your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, who is not of your descendants.

13 He that is born in your house, and he that is bought with your money, shall be circumcised; and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.

14 And the uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin, that person shall be cut off from his people; for he has broken my covenant.

15 Then God said to Abraham, As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, for Sarah is her name.

16 And I will bless her, and also I will give you a son by her; yea, I will bless him and make nations of him; and the kings of the people shall come from him.

17 Then Abraham fell on his face and laughed and said in his heart, Shall a son be born to him who is a hundred years old? Or shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child?

18 And Abraham said to God, O that Ishmael might live in thy presence!

19 And God said to Abraham, Truly, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son; and you shall call his name Isaac; and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his descendants after him.

20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard you; behold, I have blessed him, and will multiply him, and will make him exceedingly great; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.

21 But I will establish my covenant with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this set time next year.

22 And when God was through talking with him, he went up from Abraham.

23 And Abraham took Ishmael his son and all of those that were born in his house and all of those that were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham's household, and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin in that very day, as God had said unto him.

24 And Abraham was ninety-nine years old when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

25 And Ishmael his son was thirteen years old when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

26 In that very day was Abraham circumcised and Ishmael his son

27 And all the men of his household, both born in the house and bought with money. He also circumcised some of the strangers with him.

8 And I will give to you, and your descendants after you, the land in which you sojourn, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting inheritance; and I will be their God.

10 This is my covenant, which you shall keep between me and you and your descendants after you: Every male among you shall be circumcised.

11 And you shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant between me and you.

12 Восьми8083 дней3117 от рождения1121 да будет4135 обрезан4135 у вас в роды1755 ваши всякий младенец мужеского2145 пола,2145 рожденный3211 в доме1004 и купленный4736 за серебро3701 у какого-нибудь иноплеменника,11215236 который не от твоего семени.2233

12 And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every male throughout your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, who is not of your descendants.

13 Непременно4135 да будет4135 обрезан4135 рожденный3211 в доме1004 твоем и купленный4736 за серебро3701 твое, и будет завет1285 Мой на теле1320 вашем заветом1285 вечным.5769

13 He that is born in your house, and he that is bought with your money, shall be circumcised; and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.

14 Необрезанный6189 же мужеского2145 пола,2145 который834 не обрежет4135 крайней6190 плоти1320 своей, истребится3772 душа5315 та из народа5971 своего, ибо он нарушил6565 завет1285 Мой.

14 And the uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin, that person shall be cut off from his people; for he has broken my covenant.

15 И сказал559 Бог430 Аврааму:85 Сару,8297 жену802 твою, не называй7121 Сарою,8297 но3588 да будет имя8034 ей: Сарра;8283

15 Then God said to Abraham, As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, for Sarah is her name.

16 Я благословлю1288 ее и дам5414 тебе от нее сына;1121 благословлю1288 ее, и произойдут от нее народы,1471 и цари4428 народов5971 произойдут от нее.

16 And I will bless her, and also I will give you a son by her; yea, I will bless him and make nations of him; and the kings of the people shall come from him.

17 И пал5307 Авраам85 на5921 лице6440 свое, и рассмеялся,6711 и сказал559 сам в себе:3820 неужели от столетнего396781411121 будет3205 сын? и Сарра,8283 девяностолетняя,867381411323 неужели родит?3205

17 Then Abraham fell on his face and laughed and said in his heart, Shall a son be born to him who is a hundred years old? Or shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child?

18 И сказал559 Авраам85 Богу:430 о, хотя3863 бы Измаил3458 был2421 жив2421 пред3942 лицем3942 Твоим!

18 And Abraham said to God, O that Ishmael might live in thy presence!

19 Бог430 же сказал:559 именно61 Сарра,8283 жена802 твоя, родит3205 тебе сына,1121 и ты наречешь7121 ему имя:8034 Исаак;3327 и поставлю6965 завет1285 Мой с ним заветом1285 вечным5769 и потомству2233 его после310 него.

19 And God said to Abraham, Truly, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son; and you shall call his name Isaac; and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his descendants after him.

20 И о Измаиле3458 Я услышал8085 тебя: вот, Я благословлю1288 его, и возращу6509 его, и весьма,3966 весьма3966 размножу;7235 двенадцать62408147 князей5387 родятся3205 от него; и Я произведу5414 от него великий1419 народ.1471

20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard you; behold, I have blessed him, and will multiply him, and will make him exceedingly great; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.

21 Но завет1285 Мой поставлю6965 с Исааком,3327 которого родит3205 тебе Сарра8283 в сие самое время4150 на другой312 год.8141

21 But I will establish my covenant with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this set time next year.

22 И Бог430 перестал3615 говорить1696 с Авраамом85 и восшел5927 от него.

22 And when God was through talking with him, he went up from Abraham.

23 And Abraham took Ishmael his son and all of those that were born in his house and all of those that were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham's household, and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin in that very day, as God had said unto him.

25 And Ishmael his son was thirteen years old when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

26 In that very day was Abraham circumcised and Ishmael his son

27 And all the men of his household, both born in the house and bought with money. He also circumcised some of the strangers with him.
