1 Aber der Gerechte6662 kommt um6, und niemand376 ist7760, der es zu Herzen3820 nehme; und heilige2617 Leute582 werden622 aufgerafft, und niemand achtet995 darauf. Denn die Gerechten6662 werden622 weggerafft vor6440 dem Unglück7451.

1 The righteous6662 perisheth,6 and no369 man376 layeth7760 it to5921 heart:3820 and merciful2617 men376 are taken away,622 none369 considering995 that3588 the righteous6662 is taken away622 from4480 6440 the evil7451 to come.

2 Und die richtig5228 vor sich1980 gewandelt haben4904, kommen935 zum Frieden7965 und ruhen5117 in ihren Kammern.

2 He shall enter935 into peace:7965 they shall rest5117 in5921 their beds,4904 each one walking1980 in his uprightness.5228

3 Und ihr, kommt herzu7126, ihr Kinder1121 der Tagwählerin, ihr Samen2233 des Ehebrechers5003 und der Hure2181!

3 But draw near7126 hither,2008 ye859 sons1121 of the sorceress,6049 the seed2233 of the adulterer5003 and the whore.2181

4 An wem wollt ihr nun eure Lust6026 haben? Über wen wollt ihr nun das Maul6310 aufsperren7337 und die Zunge3956 herausrecken748? Seid ihr nicht die Kinder3206 der Übertretung6588 und ein falscher8267 Same2233,

5 die ihr in der410 Brunst2552 zu den Götzen laufet unter5585 alle grünen7488 Bäume6086 und schlachtet7819 die Kinder3206 an den Bächen5158 unter den Felskuppen?

5 Inflaming yourselves2552 with idols410 under8478 every3605 green7488 tree,6086 slaying7819 the children3206 in the valleys5158 under8478 the clefts5585 of the rocks?5553

6 Dein Wesen1486 ist an5927 den glatten2511 Bachsteinen5158; dieselbigen sind dein Teil2506; denselbigen schüttest8210 du dein Trankopfer5262, da du Speisopfer4503 opferst. Sollte ich mich des trösten5162?

6 Among the smooth2511 stones of the stream5158 is thy portion;2506 they,1992 they1992 are thy lot:1486 even1571 to them hast thou poured8210 a drink offering,5262 thou hast offered5927 a meat offering.4503 Should I receive comfort5162 in5921 these?428

7 Du machst dein Lager4904 auf5375 einen hohen1364, erhabenen Berg2022 und gehest daselbst7760 auch hinauf5927 zu opfern2076.

7 Upon5921 a lofty1364 and high5375 mountain2022 hast thou set7760 thy bed:4904 even1571 thither8033 wentest thou up5927 to offer2076 sacrifice.2077

8 Und7760 hinter310 der Tür1817 und Pfosten4201 stellest du dein Gedächtnis2146. Denn du wälzest dich von3027 mir1540 und gehest hinauf5927 und machest3772 dein Lager4904 weit7337 und verbindest dich mit ihnen; du liebest, ihr Lager4904, wo du sie ersiehest.

9 Du8213 zeuchst mit Öl8081 zum7235 Könige4428 und hast mancherlei Würze7547; und sendest7971 deine Botschaft6735 in die Ferne7350 und bist geniedriget bis zur Hölle7585.

9 And thou wentest7788 to the king4428 with ointment,8081 and didst increase7235 thy perfumes,7547 and didst send7971 thy messengers6735 far off,5704 4480 7350 and didst debase8213 thyself even unto5704 hell.7585

10 Du559 zerarbeitetest dich in der Menge7230 deiner Wege1870 und sprachest nicht: Ich lasse es2976, sondern weil du findest4672 ein Leben2416 deiner Hand3027, wirst du nicht müde3021.

11 Vor wem bist du so sorgfältig und7760 fürchtest3372 also, so du doch mit Lügen3576 umgehest und denkest an mich1672 nicht2814 und nimmst es nicht zu Herzen3820? Meinest du, ich werde2142 allewege schweigen, daß du mich so gar5769 nicht fürchtest3372?

11 And of whom4310 hast thou been afraid1672 or feared,3372 that3588 thou hast lied,3576 and hast not3808 remembered2142 me, nor3808 laid7760 it to5921 thy heart?3820 have not3808 I589 held my peace2814 even of old,4480 5769 and thou fearest3372 me not?3808

12 Ich will aber deine Gerechtigkeit6666 anzeigen und deine Werke4639, daß sie5046 dir kein nütze sein3276 sollen.

12 I589 will declare5046 thy righteousness,6666 and thy works;4639 for they shall not3808 profit3276 thee.
|

13 Wenn du rufen wirst, so laß dir6899 deine Haufen helfen. Aber der Wind7307 wird5337 sie2199 alle wegführen, und Eitelkeit1892 wird sie3947 wegnehmen. Aber wer auf5375 mich trauet, wird das Land776 erben3423 und meinen heiligen6944 Berg2022 besitzen5157

13 When thou criest,2199 let thy companies6899 deliver5337 thee; but the wind7307 shall carry them all away;5375 853 3605 vanity1892 shall take3947 them: but he that putteth his trust2620 in me shall possess5157 the land,776 and shall inherit3423 my holy6944 mountain;2022

14 und wird sagen559: Machet5549 Bahn6437, machet5549 Bahn, räumet den Weg1870, hebet7311 die Anstöße4383 aus dem Wege1870 meines Volks5971!

14 And shall say,559 Cast ye up,5549 cast ye up,5549 prepare6437 the way,1870 take up7311 the stumblingblock4383 out of the way4480 1870 of my people.5971

15 Denn also spricht559 der Hohe und Erhabene, der ewiglich5703 wohnet, des Name heilig6918 ist5375, der ich in der Höhe4791 und im Heiligtum wohne7931 und bei denen, so zerschlagenen1793 und demütigen8217 Geistes sind, auf7311 daß8217 ich erquicke2421 den8034 Geist7307 der Gedemütigten und das Herz7307 der Zerschlagenen1792:

15 For3588 thus3541 saith559 the high7311 and lofty One5375 that inhabiteth7931 eternity,5703 whose name8034 is Holy;6918 I dwell7931 in the high4791 and holy6918 place, with854 him also that is of a contrite1793 and humble8217 spirit,7307 to revive2421 the spirit7307 of the humble,8217 and to revive2421 the heart3820 of the contrite ones.1792

16 Ich will nicht immerdar5331 hadern7378 und nicht ewiglich5769 zürnen7107, sondern es soll von6440 meinem Angesicht ein Geist7307 weben, und ich will Odem5397 machen6213.

16 For3588 I will not3808 contend7378 forever,5769 neither3808 will I be always wroth:7107 5331 for3588 the spirit7307 should fail5848 before4480 6440 me, and the souls5397 which I589 have made.6213

17 Ich war7107 zornig7107 über die Untugend5771 ihres Geizes1215 und schlug5221 sie, verbarg5641 mich und zürnete; da gingen3212 sie hin und her im Wege1870 ihres Herzens3820.

17 For the iniquity5771 of his covetousness1215 was I wroth,7107 and smote5221 him: I hid5641 me, and was wroth,7107 and he went1980 on frowardly7726 in the way1870 of his heart.3820

18 Aber da7495 ich ihre Wege1870 ansah7200, heilete ich sie und leitete5148 sie und gab7999 ihnen wieder Trost5150 und denen, die über jene Leid trugen57.

18 I have seen7200 his ways,1870 and will heal7495 him: I will lead5148 him also, and restore7999 comforts5150 unto him and to his mourners.57

19 Ich will Frucht5108 der Lippen8193 schaffen1254, die da predigen: Friede7965, Friede7965! beide, denen in der Ferne7350 und denen in der Nähe7138, spricht der HErr3068, und will sie559 heilen7495.

19 I create1254 the fruit5108 of the lips;8193 Peace,7965 peace7965 to him that is far off,7350 and to him that is near,7138 saith559 the LORD;3068 and I will heal7495 him.

20 Aber die4325 GOttlosen7563 sind wie ein ungestüm Meer3220, das nicht stille8252 sein kann3201, und seine Wellen Kot7516 und Unflat2916 auswerfen.
|
20 But the wicked7563 are like the troubled1644 sea,3220 when3588 it cannot3201 3808 rest,8252 whose waters4325 cast up1644 mire7516 and dirt.2916
|

21 Die GOttlosen7563 haben nicht Frieden7965, spricht559 mein GOtt430.
|
21 There is no369 peace,7965 saith559 my God,430 to the wicked.7563
