2 And he said559 unto413 me, What4100 seest7200 thou?859 And I answered,559 I589 see7200 a flying5774 roll;4039 the length753 thereof is twenty6242 cubits,520 and the breadth7341 thereof ten6235 cubits.520
3 Then said559 he unto413 me, This2063is the curse423 that goeth forth3318 over5921 the face6440 of the whole3605 earth:776 for3588 every one3605 that stealeth1589 shall be cut off5352as on this side44802088 according to it;3644 and every3605 one that sweareth7650 shall be cut off5352as on that side44802088 according to it.3644
4 I will bring it forth,3318 saith5002 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 and it shall enter935 into413 the house1004 of the thief,1590 and into413 the house1004 of him that sweareth7650 falsely8267 by my name:8034 and it shall remain3885 in the midst8432 of his house,1004 and shall consume3615 it with the timber6086 thereof and the stones68 thereof.
5 Then the angel4397 that talked1696 with me went forth,3318 and said559 unto413 me, Lift up5375 now4994 thine eyes,5869 and see7200 what4100is this2063 that goeth forth.3318
6 And I said,559 What4100is it?1931 And he said,559 This2063is an ephah374 that goeth forth.3318 He said559 moreover, This2063is their resemblance5869 through all3605 the earth.776
7 And, behold,2009 there was lifted up5375 a talent3603 of lead:5777 and this2063is a259 woman802 that sitteth3427 in the midst8432 of the ephah.374
8 And he said,559 This2063is wickedness.7564 And he cast7993 it into413 the midst8432 of the ephah;374 and he cast7993853 the weight68 of lead5777 upon413 the mouth6310 thereof.
9 Then lifted I up5375 mine eyes,5869 and looked,7200 and, behold,2009 there came out3318 two8147 women,802 and the wind7307was in their wings;3671 for they2007 had wings3671 like the wings3671 of a stork:2624 and they lifted up5375853 the ephah374 between996 the earth776 and the heaven.8064
10 Then said559 I to413 the angel4397 that talked1696 with me, Whither575 do these1992 bear1980853 the ephah?374
11 And he said559 unto413 me, To build1129 it a house1004 in the land776 of Shinar:8152 and it shall be established,3559 and set5117 there8033 upon5921 her own base.4369

2 Тогда Ангел спросил меня: «Что ты видишь?» Я ответил: «Летящий свиток, который составляет 20 локтей в длину и 10 локтей в ширину».
3 Тогда Ангел сказал мне: «На этом свитке написано проклятие. На одной стороне его написано проклятие людям, которые крадут, а на другой стороне — проклятие людям, которые дают ложные клятвы.
4 Всемогущий Господь говорит: „Я пошлю этот свиток в дома воров, а также дома тех людей, которые ложно клянутся Моим именем, давая обещания. Этот свиток останется там и разрушит эти дома, и даже камни и деревянные подпорки будут разрушены”».
5 Затем Ангел, говоривший со мной, вышел и сказал мне: «Посмотри! Что видишь ты?»
6 «Я не знаю, что это такое», — ответил я. «Это большое ведро для меры. Ведро, которым измеряют грехи людей в этой стране», — сказал он.
7 Свинцовая крышка была снята с ведра и в нём сидела женщина.
8 Ангел сказал: «Эта женщина означает зло». Он толкнул женщину в ведро и закрыл его свинцовой крышкой.
9 Затем я взглянул и увидел двух женщин с крыльями как у аистов. Они вылетели, и ветер поднимал их крылья. Они подхватили ведро и понесли его по воздуху.
10 Тогда я спросил Ангела, говорившего со мной: «Куда несут они ведро?»
11 «Женщины будут строить дом для Него в Вавилоне, и, когда он будет построен, они поставят туда ведро», — ответил Ангел.
