1 我欲爾知我爲爾及老底嘉人、與未嘗靦面者、多竭心思、
|
1 For I would2309 that you knew1492 what2245 great2245 conflict73 I have2192 for you, and for them at1722 Laodicea,2993 and for as many3745 as have not seen3708 my face4383 in the flesh;4561
|
|
2 使其心受慰、仁愛浹洽於中、大有穎悟篤信、知父上帝與基督之奧、
|
2 That their hearts2588 might be comforted,3870 being knit4822 together4822 in love,26 and to all3956 riches4149 of the full4136 assurance4136 of understanding,4907 to the acknowledgment1922 of the mystery3466 of God,2316 and of the Father,3962 and of Christ;5547
|
|
3 一切容智識見、皆蓄積隱藏於基督衷、
|
3 In whom3739 are hid614 all3956 the treasures2344 of wisdom4678 and knowledge.1108
|
|
4 我言此、恐人以巧言吃惑爾、
|
4 And this5124 I say,3004 lest2443 3361 any3387 man should beguile3884 you with enticing4086 words.4086
|
|
5 我身雖遠、而神馳左右、見爾秩然有序、篤信基督、甚爲爾喜、
|
5 For though1499 I be absent548 in the flesh,4561 yet235 am1510 I with you in the spirit,4151 rejoicing5463 and beholding991 your5216 order,5010 and the steadfastness4733 of your5216 faith4102 in Christ.5547

|
6 旣爾惟主基督耶穌是承、則必從之以行、
|
6 As you have therefore3767 received3880 Christ5547 Jesus2424 the Lord,2962 so walk4043 you in him:
|
|
7 爾學基督、根旣深矣、經營搆造、篤信勉行、感厥厚恩、
|
7 Rooted4492 and built2026 up in him, and established950 in the faith,4102 as you have been taught,1321 abounding4052 therein1722 846 with thanksgiving.2169
|
|
8 慎勿爲曲學空言所誘、彼所從者、乃人之遺傳、世之小學、非遵基督、
|
8 Beware991 lest3361 any3387 man spoil4812 you through1223 philosophy5385 and vain2756 deceit,539 after2596 the tradition3862 of men,444 after2596 the rudiments4747 of the world,2889 and not after2596 Christ.5547
|
|
9 上帝盛德、悉在基督、
|
9 For in him dwells2730 all3956 the fullness4138 of the Godhead2320 bodily.4985
|
|
10 基督爲諾權力首、爾以之得全備、
|
10 And you are complete4137 in him, which3739 is the head2776 of all3956 principality746 and power:1849
|
|
11 受其割禮、以遠身之罪、此禮不假手於人乃受之基督、
|
11 In whom3739 also2532 you are circumcised4059 with the circumcision4061 made1096 without886 hands,886 in putting555 off554 the body4983 of the sins266 of the flesh4561 by the circumcision4061 of Christ:5547

|
12 爾亦受洗、與基督同穴、上帝甦基督、爾藉其力、亦與之共甦、
|
12 Buried4916 with him in baptism,908 wherein1722 3757 also2532 you are risen4891 with him through1223 the faith4102 of the operation1753 of God,2316 who3588 has raised1453 him from the dead.3498

|
13 昔爾未受克己之割禮、陷罪如死、今上帝宥爾諸罪、俾與基督俱生、
|
13 And you, being5607 dead3498 in your5216 sins3900 and the uncircumcision203 of your5216 flesh,4561 has he quickened4806 together4806 with him, having forgiven5483 you all3956 trespasses;3900
|
|
14 繩我儕者、儀文之券、以基督釘十字架、塗抹去之、
|
14 Blotting1813 out the handwriting5498 of ordinances1378 that was against2596 us, which3739 was contrary5227 to us, and took142 it out of the way,3319 nailing4338 it to his cross;4716
|
|
15 基督在十字架、勝諸權力、明徇於衆而凱旋、
|
15 And having spoiled554 principalities746 and powers,1849 he made1165 a show1165 of them openly,1722 3954 triumphing2358 over them in it.

|
16 爾勿以飲食、節期、月朔、安息日故、被人擬議、
|
16 Let no3361 man5100 therefore3767 judge2919 you in meat,1035 or2228 in drink,4213 or2228 in respect3313 of an holy day,1859 or2228 of the new3561 moon,3561 or2228 of the sabbath4521 days:
|
|
17 凡若此、影也、其形、後也、形卽基督、
|
17 Which3739 are a shadow4639 of things to come;3195 but the body4983 is of Christ.5547
|
|
18 勿以爾之賞、見奪於人、彼以謙卑自稱、效天使崇拜、欲窺無形、私心自衒、
|
18 Let no3367 man3367 beguile2603 you of your reward2603 in a voluntary2309 humility5012 and worshipping2356 of angels,32 intruding1687 into those things which3739 he has not seen,3708 vainly1500 puffed5448 up by his fleshly mind,3563
|
|
19 竟不愛戴元首、全體惟藉厥首、百篩維繫、相承鞏固、賴上帝以生以長、
|
19 And not holding2902 the Head,2776 from which3739 all3956 the body4983 by joints860 and bands4886 having nourishment2023 ministered,2023 and knit4822 together,4822 increases837 with the increase838 of God.2316

|
20 爾效基督之死、脫此世小學、奚可從世故、尚儀文乎、
|
20 Why3767 if1487 you be dead599 with Christ5547 from the rudiments4747 of the world,2889 why,5101 as though living2198 in the world,2889 are you subject1379 to ordinances,1379
|
|
21 儀文之大略、卽毋近、毋嘗、毋捫之也、
|
21 (Touch680 not; taste1089 not; handle2345 not;
|
|
22 第人所傳之教、習之必敗、
|
22 Which3739 all3956 are to perish5356 with the using;671) after2596 the commandments1778 and doctrines1319 of men?444
|
|
23 有智慧之名、佯爲崇事、自卑克己、不愛其身、惟狗所欲焉、昧保身之道焉〔不愛二句或曰究〕、
|
23 Which3748 things have2192 indeed3303 a show3056 of wisdom4678 in will1479 worship,1479 and humility,5012 and neglecting857 of the body:4983 not in any5100 honor5092 to the satisfying4140 of the flesh.4561
