1 And Abraham85 journeyed5265 from thence4480 8033 toward the south5045 country,776 and dwelled3427 between996 Kadesh6946 and Shur,7793 and sojourned1481 in Gerar.1642

1 Авраам пошел оттуда в землю полуденную; и стал жить между Кадесом и между Суром; и пришел на время в Герар.
|
|
2 And Abraham85 said559 of413 Sarah8283 his wife,802 She1931 is my sister:269 and Abimelech40 king4428 of Gerar1642 sent,7971 and took3947 853 Sarah.8283
|
2 И сказал Авраам о Сарре, жене своей: она сестра моя. И послал Авимелех, царь Герарский, и взял Сарру.
|
|
3 But God430 came935 to413 Abimelech40 in a dream2472 by night,3915 and said559 to him, Behold,2009 thou art but a dead man,4191 for5921 the woman802 which834 thou hast taken;3947 for she1931 is a man's1167 wife.1166
|
3 И пришел Бог к Авимелеху ночью во сне, и сказал ему: вот, ты умрешь за сию женщину, которую ты взял; ибо она имеет мужа.
|

4 But Abimelech40 had not3808 come near7126 413 her: and he said,559 Lord,136 wilt thou slay2026 also1571 a righteous6662 nation?1471
|
4 Впрочем, Авимелех не прикасался к ней, и сказал: Господи! неужели Ты погубишь и неповинный народ?
|
|
5 Said559 he1931 not3808 unto me, She1931 is my sister?269 and she,1931 even1571 she herself1931 said,559 He1931 is my brother:251 in the integrity8537 of my heart3824 and innocency5356 of my hands3709 have I done6213 this.2063

5 Не сам ли он сказал мне: она сестра моя? И она сама сказала: он брат мой. Я сделал это в простоте сердца и чистыми руками.
|

6 And God430 said559 unto413 him in a dream,2472 Yea,1571 I595 know3045 that3588 thou didst6213 this2063 in the integrity8537 of thy heart;3824 for I595 also1571 withheld2820 thee from sinning4480 2398 against me: therefore5921 3651 suffered5414 I thee not3808 to touch5060 413 her.

6 И сказал ему Бог во сне: и Я знаю, что ты сделал сие в простоте сердца, я же и удержал тебя от греха предо Мною; потому и не допустил тебя прикоснуться к ней.

7 Now6258 therefore restore7725 the man376 his wife;802 for3588 he1931 is a prophet,5030 and he shall pray6419 for1157 thee, and thou shalt live:2421 and if518 thou restore7725 her not,369 know3045 thou that3588 thou shalt surely die,4191 4191 thou,859 and all3605 that834 are thine.

7 Итак, возврати жену мужу: ибо он пророк, и помолится о тебе, и ты будешь жив; а если не возвратишь, то знай, что непременно умрешь ты, и все твои.
|

8 Therefore Abimelech40 rose early7925 in the morning,1242 and called7121 all3605 his servants,5650 and told1696 853 all3605 these428 things1697 in their ears:241 and the men376 were sore afraid.3372 3966
|
8 Авимелех встал рано, и призвал всех рабов своих, и пересказал все слова сии в уши их; и сии люди весьма испугались.
|
|
9 Then Abimelech40 called7121 Abraham,85 and said559 unto him, What4100 hast thou done6213 unto us? and what4100 have I offended2398 thee, that3588 thou hast brought935 on5921 me and on5921 my kingdom4467 a great1419 sin?2401 thou hast done6213 deeds4639 unto5973 me that834 ought not3808 to be done.6213

9 И призвал Авимелех Авраама, и сказал ему: что ты с нами сделал? Чем согрешил я против тебя, что ты навел было на меня и на царство мое столь великий грех? Ты сделал со мною дела, каких не делают.

10 And Abimelech40 said559 unto413 Abraham,85 What4100 sawest7200 thou, that3588 thou hast done6213 853 this2088 thing?1697
|
10 И сказал Авимелех Аврааму: что ты имел в виду, когда делал такое дело?
|
|
11 And Abraham85 said,559 Because3588 I thought,559 Surely7535 the fear3374 of God430 is not369 in this2088 place;4725 and they will slay2026 me for5921 my wife's802 sake.1697
|
11 Авраам сказал: я подумал: может быть, нет страха Божия на месте сем, и убьют меня за жену мою.
|
|
12 And yet1571 indeed546 she is my sister;269 she1931 is the daughter1323 of my father,1 but389 not3808 the daughter1323 of my mother;517 and she became1961 my wife.802
|
12 Да она и подлинно сестра мне; она дочь отца моего, только не дочь матери моей; и сделалась моею женою.
|
|
13 And it came to pass,1961 when834 God430 caused me to wander8582 from my father's house,4480 1004 1 that I said559 unto her, This2088 is thy kindness2617 which834 thou shalt show6213 unto5973 me; at413 every3605 place4725 whither834 8033 we shall come,935 say559 of me, He1931 is my brother.251

13 Итак, когда Бог повел меня из дома отца моего странствовать, то я сказал ей: сделай со мною сию милость, в какое ни придем мы место, везде говори обо мне: это брат мой.
|

14 And Abimelech40 took3947 sheep,6629 and oxen,1241 and menservants,5650 and womenservants,8198 and gave5414 them unto Abraham,85 and restored7725 him853 Sarah8283 his wife.802
|
14 Тогда Авимелех взял мелкого и крупного скота, и рабов и рабынь, и дал Аврааму; и возвратил ему Сарру, жену его.
|
|
15 And Abimelech40 said,559 Behold,2009 my land776 is before6440 thee: dwell3427 where it pleaseth2896 5869 thee.
|
15 И сказал Авимелех: вот, земля моя пред тобою; живи, где понравится глазам твоим.
|
|
16 And unto Sarah8283 he said,559 Behold,2009 I have given5414 thy brother251 a thousand505 pieces of silver:3701 behold,2009 he1931 is to thee a covering3682 of the eyes,5869 unto all3605 that834 are with854 thee, and with854 all3605 other: thus she was reproved.3198

16 А Сарре сказал: вот, я дал брату твоему тысячу сиклей серебра; вот, это тебе покрывало для очей, пред всеми находящимися с тобою, и пред всеми прочими, чтобы знали тебя.

17 So Abraham85 prayed6419 unto413 God:430 and God430 healed7495 853 Abimelech,40 and his wife,802 and his maidservants;519 and they bore3205 children.
|
17 И помолился Авраам Богу, и исцелил Бог Авимелеха, и жену его, и рабынь его, и они стали рождать.
|
|
18 For3588 the LORD3068 had fast closed up6113 6113 1157 all3605 the wombs7358 of the house1004 of Abimelech,40 because5921 1697 of Sarah8283 Abraham's85 wife.802
|
18 Ибо совсем заключил было Иегова всякое чрево в доме Авимелеха за Сарру, жену Авраамову.
