MarkChapter 5 |
1 AND they reached the port on the other side of the sea, in the country of the Gadarenes. |
2 And as he went out of the boat, he was met by a man from the cemetery, who had an unclean spirit. |
3 He lived in the cemetery, and no man could bind him in chains; |
4 Because whenever he was bound with fetters and chains, he broke the chains and cut the fetters, and no man could control him. |
5 And always, night and day, he was in the cemetery and in the mountains, crying aloud and cutting himself with stones. |
6 When he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshipped him, |
7 And he cried with a loud voice and said, What have we got together, Jesus, Son of the most high God? I adjure you by God, not to torment me. |
8 For he said to him, Get out of the man, O you unclean spirit. |
9 And he asked him, What is your name? And he said to him, Our name is Legion, because we are many. |
10 And he begged him much that he would not send him out of the country. |
11 Now there was there, near the mountain a large herd of swine feeding. |
12 And the lunatics begged him saying, Send us to the swine, that we may attack * them. |
13 And he permitted them. And the lunatics went out, and attacked the swine; and the herd ran to the steep rocks, and fell into the sea; they were about two thousand, and they were drowned in the water. |
14 And those who fed them, fled, and told it in the city and also in the villages. So they went out to see what had happened. |
15 And they came to Jesus, and saw the lunatic, * clothed and well behaved, and sitting down; even the one who once had the legion within him; and they were afraid. |
16 And those who saw it told them just how it happened to the lunatic and also to the swine. |
17 So they began to urge him to leave their border. |
18 As he went up to the boat, the lunatic begged him to remain with him. |
19 And he would not permit him, but said to him, Go to your home, to your own people, and tell them what the Lord has done for you, and had mercy on you. |
20 And he went away, and began to preach in the ten cities about what Jesus had done for him; and they were all surprised. |
21 When Jesus crossed in the boat to the other side, large crowds again gathered around him, while he was by the sea. |
22 And there came one of the leaders of the synagogue, whose name was Jairus; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet, |
23 And he beseeched him much and said to him, My daughter is very seriously ill; come and lay your hand on her, and she will be healed, and live. |
24 So Jesus went with him; and a large multitude followed him, and they pressed on him. |
25 And there was a woman who had had the hemorrhage for twelve years, |
26 Who had suffered much at the hands of many doctors, and had spent everything she had, and was not helped at all, but rather became worse. |
27 When she heard concerning Jesus, she came through the dense crowd from behind him, and touched his cloak. |
28 For she said, If I can only touch his cloak, I will live. |
29 And immediately the hemorrhage was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease. |
30 Jesus instantly knew that some power had gone out of him; so he turned around to the people and said, Who touched my garments? |
31 His disciples said to him, You see the people pressing on you, and yet you say, Who touched me? |
32 And he was looking round to see who had done this. |
33 But the woman, frightened and trembling, because she knew what had happened to her, came and fell before him and told him the whole truth. |
34 He said to her, My daughter, your faith has healed you; go in peace, and be healed of your disease. |
35 While he was still talking, some men came from the house of the leader of the synagogue, saying, Your daughter is dead; why do you trouble the Teacher? |
36 Jesus heard the word which they spoke, and he said to the leader of the synagogue, Fear not, only believe. |
37 And he did not permit any man to go with him, except Simon Peter, and James, and John the brother of James. |
38 And they came to the house of the leader of the synagogue, and he saw them in a tumult, weeping and wailing. |
39 So he entered and said to them, Why are you excited and crying? The little girl is not dead, but she is asleep. |
40 And they laughed at him. But Jesus put them all out, and took the little girl's father and mother and those who were with him, and he entered where the little girl was laid. |
41 And he took the little girl by her hand, and said to her, Talitha, koomi, which means, Little girl, rise up. |
42 And immediately the little girl got up and walked; for she was twelve years old. And they were astonished with a great astonishment. |
43 But he commanded them that no man should know this; and he told them to give her something to eat. |

2 Когда Христос вышел из лодки, сразу же Ему навстречу из-за гробниц вышел человек, одержимый нечистым духом. |
3 Этот человек жил среди гробниц, и никто не мог связать его даже цепями. |
4 Его неоднократно сковывали цепями и оковами, но он разрывал цепи и разбивал оковы. И никто не мог укротить его. |
5 Дни и ночи напролёт он кричал и бился о камни среди гробниц и холмов. |
6 Увидев Иисуса издали, человек подбежал, склонился перед Ним |
7 и закричал громким голосом: |
8 Это произошло потому, что Иисус сказал ему: |
9 Тогда Иисус спросил его: |
10 И стали духи умолять Иисуса не отсылать их прочь из тех мест. |
11 |
12 И бесы просили Иисуса: |
13 Он позволил им сделать это, так что нечистые духи вышли из человека и вселились в свиней. Тогда стадо, около двух тысяч голов, бросилось с крутого берега в озеро и утонуло. |
14 Пастухи же убежали прочь и рассказали в городе и в округе о происшедшем. Люди пришли посмотреть, что же случилось. |
15 Они подошли к Иисусу и, увидев, что бесновавшийся, который был одержим злыми духами, сидит одетый и находится в здравом уме, испугались. |
16 Те, кто видели происшедшее, рассказали им о том, что случилось с бесноватым и свиньями. |
17 Тогда люди стали умолять Иисуса, чтобы Он покинул их страну. |
18 Когда Иисус садился в лодку, тот человек, который был освобождён от демонов, просил пойти с Ним. |
19 Но Иисус не позволил ему, сказав: |
20 Тогда он ушёл и начал рассказывать людям в Десятиградии, как много Иисус сделал для него, и все удивлялись. |

22 Туда пришёл глава синагоги по имени Иаир. Увидев Иисуса, он припал к Его ногам |
23 и стал снова и снова умолять Его: |
24 Иисус пошёл с ним, и большая толпа народа следовала за Ним, тесня Его. |
25 Там была одна женщина, которая двенадцать лет страдала кровотечениями. |
26 Она сильно страдала, и многие врачи старались ей помочь. Она потратила на них всё, что имела, но ей становилось не лучше, а хуже. |
27 Когда эта женщина услышала об Иисусе, она подошла к Нему сзади в толпе и дотронулась до Его одежды, |
28 |
29 И тотчас же кровотечение у неё прекратилось, и она ощутила в теле, что исцелена от болезни. |
30 Иисус же сразу понял, что сила вышла из Него. Он повернулся к толпе и спросил: |
31 Его ученики сказали: |
32 Но Иисус продолжал смотреть вокруг, чтобы увидеть ту, которая это сделала. |
33 Тогда женщина, зная, что с ней произошло, дрожа от страха, пала к ногам Иисуса и рассказала Ему всю правду. |
34 Затем Он обратился к ней с такими словами: |
35 |
36 Но Иисус услышал, что они говорили, и сказал Иаиру: |
37 Иисус не позволил никому, кроме Петра, Иакова и Иоанна, брата Иакова, следовать за Собой. |
38 Когда они пришли в дом главы синагоги, Он увидел смятение и громко плачущих и рыдающих людей. |
39 Он вошёл и сказал им: |
40 Они лишь посмеялись над Ним. Он отослал прочь всех людей и, взяв с Собой отца и мать ребёнка, а также трёх Своих учеников, вошёл туда, где лежала девочка. |
41 Он взял её за руку и сказал: |
42 И девочка сразу же поднялась и начала ходить. (Ей было двенадцать лет). Великое изумление овладело присутствующими. |
43 Но Иисус строго наказал им, чтобы никто не узнал об этом, а затем попросил, чтобы девочке дали что-нибудь поесть. |

4 Because whenever he was bound with fetters and chains, he broke the chains and cut the fetters, and no man could control him. |

5 And always, night and day, he was in the cemetery and in the mountains, crying aloud and cutting himself with stones. |

6 When he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshipped him, |

7 And he cried with a loud voice and said, What have we got together, Jesus, Son of the most high God? I adjure you by God, not to torment me. |
7 и закричал громким голосом: |

8 Это произошло потому, что Иисус сказал ему: |
9 And he asked him, What is your name? And he said to him, Our name is Legion, because we are many. |
9 Тогда Иисус спросил его: |

10 И стали духи умолять Иисуса не отсылать их прочь из тех мест. |

14 Пастухи же убежали прочь и рассказали в городе и в округе о происшедшем. Люди пришли посмотреть, что же случилось. |

15 Они подошли к Иисусу и, увидев, что бесновавшийся, который был одержим злыми духами, сидит одетый и находится в здравом уме, испугались. |
16 And those who saw it told them just how it happened to the lunatic and also to the swine. |
16 Те, кто видели происшедшее, рассказали им о том, что случилось с бесноватым и свиньями. |
17 So they began to urge him to leave their border. |
17 Тогда люди стали умолять Иисуса, чтобы Он покинул их страну. |
18 As he went up to the boat, the lunatic begged him to remain with him. |
18 Когда Иисус садился в лодку, тот человек, который был освобождён от демонов, просил пойти с Ним. |
19 And he would not permit him, but said to him, Go to your home, to your own people, and tell them what the Lord has done for you, and had mercy on you. |
19 Но Иисус не позволил ему, сказав: |

29 И тотчас же кровотечение у неё прекратилось, и она ощутила в теле, что исцелена от болезни. |
