Глава 15

1 И едва рассвело, как весь Совет — первосвященники со старейшинами и книжниками — уже принял свое решение. Связав Иисуса, отвели Его и передали Пилату.

2 «Ты и в самом деле — Царь иудейский?» — спросил Его Пилат. «Да, ты сам говоришь это», — ответил ему Иисус.

3 Много обвинений против Него выдвигали первосвященники,

4 так что Пилат опять спросил Его: «Тебе нечего сказать? Смотри, сколько против Тебя обвинений».

5 Но Иисус и на это ничего не ответил и сильно тем удивил Пилата.

6 По праздникам Пилат обычно освобождал одного узника — любого, за которого народ просил.

7 А случилось так, что в тюрьме был тогда вместе со своими сообщниками, совершившими убийство во время смуты, один человек по прозвищу Варавва.

8 Когда же народ пришел и стал просить Пилата сделать то, что он и прежде для них делал,

9 он спросил их: «Хотите, чтобы я отпустил вам Царя иудейского?»

10 Ибо знал Пилат, что первосвященники выдали Иисуса из зависти.

11 Но первосвященники подговорили народ просить освобождения не Иисуса, а Вараввы.

12 Пилат обратился к ним еще раз: «Тогда что же мне сделать с Тем, [Кого вы называете] „Царем иудейским“?»

13 «Распни Его!» — закричали они снова.

14 «Какое же Он совершил преступление?» — спросил Пилат. Но они кричали еще громче: «Распни Его!»

15 Тогда Пилат, желая угодить толпе, освободил им Варавву, Иисуса же велел он бичевать, а затем передал Его на распятие.

16 Солдаты увели Его во дворец, в так называемый преторий, и созвали туда всю когорту.

17 Они накинули на Него пурпурный плащ и, сплетя из колючек венок, надели Ему на голову,

18 и стали выкрикивать: «Да здравствует „Царь иудейский“!»

19 Они били Его палкой по голове, и плевали в Него, и, глумясь, опускались на колени, кланяясь Ему.

20 А когда вдоволь наглумились над Ним, сняли с Него пурпурный плащ, одели Его в собственную Его одежду и вывели Его из города, чтобы распять Его.

21 Один человек по имени Симон, родом из Кирены, отец Александра и Руфа, возвращался в то время с поля. Его заставили нести крест Иисуса.

22 И привели они Иисуса на место, называемое Голгофа (что в переводе значит «Череп»).

23 Ему давали вина, настоянного на горьких травах, но Он не стал пить.

24 И распяли они Его, и разделили между собой одежды Его, бросая о них жребий, кому что взять.

25 Был же девятый час, когда распяли Его.

26 Надпись над Его головой говорила о том, в чем была Его вина: «ЦАРЬ ИУДЕЙСКИЙ».

27 С Ним распяли двух преступников, одного справа, а другого слева от Него.

29 Прохожие поносили Его. Презрительно качая головами, они говорили: «Эй Ты, собиравшийся разрушить Храм и восстановить его в три дня?!

30 Спаси же Себя Самого, сойди с креста!»

31 Также и первосвященники вместе с книжниками, насмехаясь, говорили между собой: «Других спасал, а Себя спасти не может.

32 Если Он Мессия, Царь Израиля, пусть теперь сойдет с креста, чтобы мы увидели и поверили!» И даже те, кто был распят с Ним вместе, осыпали Его оскорблениями.

33 В полдень настала тьма по всей земле, и так продолжалось до трех часов пополудни.

34 И в три часа Иисус громко воскликнул: «Элои, Элои, лема сабахтани?», что в переводе значит: «Боже Мой, Боже Мой, зачем оставил Ты Меня?»

35 Услышав это, некоторые из стоявших рядом говорили: «Смотри, Он Илию зовет».

41 которые еще с того времени, как Он был в Галилее, следовали за Ним и служили Ему, и многие другие, пришедшие с Ним в Иерусалим.

42 Это была пятница, канун субботы, так что, когда наступил вечер,

21 And they compel29 one5100 Simon4613 a Cyrenian,2956 who passed3855 by, coming2064 out of the country,68 the father3962 of Alexander223 and Rufus,4504 to bear142 his cross.4716

22 And they bring5342 him to the place5117 Golgotha,1115 which3739 is, being interpreted,3177 The place5117 of a skull.2898

23 And they gave1325 him to drink4095 wine3631 mingled with myrrh:4669 but he received2983 it not.

24 And when they had crucified4717 him, they parted1266 his garments,2440 casting906 lots2819 on them, what5101 every5100 man should take.142

25 And it was the third5154 hour,5610 and they crucified4717 him.

26 And the superscription1923 of his accusation156 was written1924 over,1924 THE KING935 OF THE JEWS.2453

28 And the scripture1124 was fulfilled,4137 which3588 said,3004 And he was numbered3049 with the transgressors.459

29 And they that passed3899 by railed987 on him, wagging2795 their heads,2776 and saying,3004 Ah,3758 you that destroy2647 the temple,3485 and build3618 it in three5140 days,2250

30 Save4982 yourself,4572 and come2597 down2597 from the cross.4716

35 And some5100 of them that stood3936 by, when they heard191 it, said,3004 Behold,2400 he calls5455 Elias.2243

36 And one1520 ran5143 and filled1072 a sponge4699 full of vinegar,3690 and put4060 it on4060 a reed,2563 and gave4222 him to drink,4222 saying,3004 Let863 alone;863 let us see1492 whether1487 Elias2243 will come2064 to take2507 him down.2507

37 And Jesus2424 cried863 with a loud3173 voice,5456 and gave up the ghost.1606

43 Joseph2501 of Arimathaea,707 an honorable2158 counselor,1010 which3739 846 also2532 waited4327 for the kingdom932 of God,2316 came,2064 and went1525 in boldly5111 to Pilate,4091 and craved154 the body4983 of Jesus.2424

44 And Pilate4091 marveled2296 if1487 he were already2235 dead:2348 and calling4341 to him the centurion,2760 he asked1905 him whether1487 he had been any while3819 dead.599

45 And when he knew1097 it of the centurion,2760 he gave1433 the body4983 to Joseph.2501
