1 Сын мой, храни изречения мои; и заповеди мои сокрой у себя.

2 Keep8104 my commandments,4687 and live;2421 and my law8451 as the apple380 of your eye.5869

2 Храни заповеди мои, и живи; и учение мое, как зрачок глаз твоих.

3 Навяжи их на персты твои, начертай их на скрижали сердца твоего.

4 Скажи премудрости: `ты сестра моя`; и разуму воззови: `знакомый!`

9 В сумерки, в вечер дня, в ночной темноте, и во мраке;

10 И вот, на встречу к нему женщина в наряде блудницы, с коварным сердцем.

11 Суетливая оная и необузданная; в доме своем не живут ноги ее;

12 То на улице, то на площадях; и подле всякого угла ставит сети.

13 И схватила его, и целовала его, покрыла бесстыдством лицо свое, и говорила ему:

14 `Благодарственная жертва была на мне; сегодня я совершила обеты мои;

15 `Потому вышла на встречу к тебе, чтоб искать лица твоего, и нашла тебя.

16 I have decked7234 my bed6210 with coverings4765 of tapestry, with carved2405 works, with fine linen948 of Egypt.4714

16 `Кровать мою я устлала коврами, разноцветными тканями из льна Египетского.

|
17 I have perfumed5130 my bed4904 with myrrh,4753 aloes,174 and cinnamon.7076

17 `Спальню мою надушила смирною, алоем, и корицею.

18 Come,3212 let us take our fill7301 of love1730 until5704 the morning:1242 let us solace5965 ourselves with loves.159

18 `Поди, станем упиваться ласками до утра, проведем время в восторгах любви.

19 `Ибо нет мужа в доме своем, пошел в дорогу дальнюю;

21 Прельстила его многословием своим, ласкою уст своих увлекла его.

22 Тотчас он пошел за нею, как бык идет на убой, и как на привязь, к наказанию глупого.

23 Till5704 a dart2671 strike6398 through his liver;3516 as a bird6833 hastens4116 to the snare,6341 and knows3045 not that it is for his life.5315

23 Доколе стрела не изрежет печени его; как птичка кидается в силки, и не знает, что они поставлены на душу ее.

24 Listen8085 to me now6258 therefore, O you children,1121 and attend7181 to the words561 of my mouth.6310

24 Итак, дети, послушайте меня, и внемлите изречениям уст моих.
|
|
25 Let not your heart3820 decline7847 to her ways,1870 go8582 not astray8582 in her paths.5410

25 Пусть не склоняется на дороги ее сердце твое; не заходи на стези ее.

26 For she has cast5307 down many7227 wounded:2491 yes, many3605 strong6099 men have been slain2026 by her.

26 Ибо она многих повергла уязвленными, и всех убитых ею великое число.

27 Her house1004 is the way1870 to hell,7585 going3381 down3381 to the chambers2315 of death.4194
