第34章

1 摩西離摩押平原、耶利哥相向之所、陟尼破山、比士迦岡、耶和華以基列地、至於但境、使摩西目覩。

2 亦以納大利、以法蓮、馬拿西之地、猶大遍境、至於外海、

3 爰及南方、耶利哥谷之平原、卽棗城、出至瑣耳、俱示摩西俾其觀瞻。

4 耶和華諭之曰、昔我所誓亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各以地錫其後裔者卽此、爾可目覩、惟不得濟。〇

5 如是耶和華之僕摩西、沒於摩押、踐耶和華所言、

6 葬於摩押之谷、伯比耳相向之所、越至於今、其墓無有能知者。

7 摩西沒時、百有二十歲、其目力未損、其血氣未衰。

8 以色列族、緣摩西故、居於摩押平原而哭泣、歷至三旬、盈其日數。〇

9 夫摩西嘗按手於嫩之子約書亞、感以智神、使之充盈、故以色列族聽從、遵耶和華所諭摩西之命。

10 嗣後以色列族中、未有挺生先知若摩西者、爲耶和華晤對相識。

11 蓋耶和華遣之至埃及、行異蹟奇事、罰法老及臣、曁其全地、

12 顯其大有爲之手、助摩西行可畏之事、於以色列族前。

Chapter 34

1 And Moses4872 went5927 up from the plains6160 of Moab4124 to the mountain2022 of Nebo,5015 to the top7218 of Pisgah,6449 that is over5921 6440 against6440 Jericho.3405 And the LORD3068 showed7200 him all3605 the land776 of Gilead,1568 to Dan,1835

2 And all3605 Naphtali,5321 and the land776 of Ephraim,669 and Manasseh,4519 and all3605 the land776 of Judah,3063 to the utmost314 sea,3220

3 And the south,5045 and the plain3603 of the valley1237 of Jericho,3405 the city5892 of palm8558 trees, to Zoar.6820

4 And the LORD3068 said559 to him, This2063 is the land776 which834 I swore7650 to Abraham,85 to Isaac,3327 and to Jacob,3290 saying,559 I will give5414 it to your seed:2233 I have caused you to see7200 it with your eyes,5869 but you shall not go5674 over5674 thither.8033

5 So Moses4872 the servant5650 of the LORD3068 died4191 there8033 in the land776 of Moab,4124 according5921 to the word6310 of the LORD.3068

6 And he buried6912 him in a valley1516 in the land776 of Moab,4124 over4136 against4136 Bethpeor:1047 but no3808 man376 knows3045 of his sepulcher6900 to this2088 day.3117

7 And Moses4872 was an hundred3967 and twenty6242 years8141 old1121 when he died:4194 his eye5869 was not dim,3543 nor3808 his natural3893 force3893 abated.5127

8 And the children1121 of Israel3478 wept1058 for Moses4872 in the plains6160 of Moab4124 thirty7970 days:3117 so the days3117 of weeping1065 and mourning60 for Moses4872 were ended.8552

9 And Joshua3091 the son1121 of Nun5126 was full4392 of the spirit7307 of wisdom;2451 for Moses4872 had laid5564 his hands3027 on him: and the children1121 of Israel3478 listened8085 to him, and did6213 as the LORD3068 commanded6680 Moses.4872

10 And there arose6965 not a prophet5030 since5750 in Israel3478 like to Moses,4872 whom834 the LORD3068 knew3045 face6440 to face,6440

11 In all3605 the signs226 and the wonders,4159 which834 the LORD3068 sent7971 him to do6213 in the land776 of Egypt4714 to Pharaoh,6547 and to all3605 his servants,5650 and to all3605 his land,776

12 And in all3605 that mighty2389 hand,3027 and in all3605 the great1419 terror4172 which834 Moses4872 showed6213 in the sight5869 of all3605 Israel.3478
