1 不從不敬虔人［ungodly］的計謀、不站罪人的道路、不坐褻慢人座位［seat］的［that］，這人便為有福［Blessed is the man］。

2 他［his］唯喜愛耶和華的律法，晝夜思想他的律法［his law］。

3 他要像一棵樹栽在溪水旁，按時候結果子，葉子也不枯乾。凡他所作的盡都順利。

4 不敬虔的人［ungodly］並不是這樣，乃像糠秕被風吹散。

5 因此，當審判的時候不敬虔的人［ungodly］必站立不住；罪人在義人的會中也是如此。

6 因為耶和華知道義人的道路；不敬虔人［ungodly］的道路卻必滅亡。

Psalm 1

1 BLESSED is the man who walks not in the way of the ungodly, nor abides by the counsel of sinners, nor sits in the company of mockers;

2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law does he meditate day and night.

3 And he shall be like a tree planted by a stream of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaves fall not off; and whatsoever he begins he accomplishes.

4 The ungodly are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away.

5 Therefore the ungodly shall not be justified in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous;

6 For the LORD knows the way of the righteous; but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
