2 And2532 he sent649 them846 to preach2784 the3588 kingdom932 of God,2316 and2532 to heal2390 the3588 sick.770

3 And2532 he said2036 unto4314 them,846 Take142 nothing3367 for1519 your journey,3598 neither3383 staves,4464 nor3383 scrip,4082 neither3383 bread,740 neither3383 money;694 neither3383 have2192 two1417 coats5509 apiece.303

4 And2532 whatsoever3739 302 house3614 ye enter1525 into,1519 there1563 abide,3306 and2532 thence1564 depart.1831

14 For1063 they were2258 about5616 five thousand4000 men.435 And1161 he3588 said2036 to4314 his848 disciples,3101 Make them846 sit down2625 by303 fifties4004 in a company.2828

15 And2532 they did4160 so,3779 and2532 made them all537 sit down.347

3 他［he］對他們說：「你們［your］行路的時候，不要帶多支柺杖［staves］和口袋，不要帶食物和錢［money］；也不要帶兩件褂子。

4 你們［ye］無論進哪一家，就住在那裏，也從那裏起行。

5 凡不接待你們的，你們出［out of］那城的時候，要把你們［your］腳上的塵土抖下［shake off］去，見證他們的不是。」

6 門徒就離開去了［departed］，走遍各村莊［towns］傳揚［preaching］福音，到處治病。

7 分封的王希律聽見耶穌所作的一切事。他［he］就游移不定，因為有人說，是約翰從死裏復活；

8 又有人說，是以利亞顯現；還有人說，是古時的一個先知又活了。

9 希律說：「約翰我已經斬首［beheaded］了；這卻是甚麼人，我竟聽見他這樣的事呢？」他［he］就想要見他。

10 使徒回來，將所作的［done］都［all］告訴耶穌。耶穌就帶他們暗暗的離開那裏，往一座城的野地［a desert place belonging］去，那城名叫伯賽大。

11 百姓［people］知道了，就跟著他去；耶穌便接待他們，對他們講論神國的道，醫治那些需醫的人。

12 那時［when］，日頭快要落了［wear away］，十二個門徒便［then］來，對他說：「請打發［Send］眾人去［away］，他們好往四面村莊［towns］裏去借宿找吃的；因［for］我們這裏是野地。」

13 耶穌卻［But］對他們［unto them］說：「你們給他們吃吧。」門徒說：「我們不過有五個餅，兩條魚；我們［we］若不去為這眾人［all this people］買食物就不夠。」

14 那時，人數約有五千。耶穌對他的［his］門徒說：「叫他們一排一排的坐下，每排大約五十個人。」

15 門徒就如此行，叫眾人都坐下。

16 耶穌就［Then］拿著這五個餅，兩條魚，望著天，為餅魚［them］祝福，擘開，遞給門徒，擺在眾人面前。

17 他們就吃，並且都吃飽了；把給他們［to them］剩下的零碎收拾起來，裝滿了十二籃子。

18 耶穌自己禱告的時候，他的［his］門徒也同他在那裏；耶穌問他們說：「百姓［people］說我是誰？」

19 他們回答［answering］說：「有人說是施浸的約翰；但［but］有好些［some］說是以利亞的；還有人說是古時的一個先知又活了。」

20 耶穌對他們［unto them］說：「你們卻［But］說我是誰？」彼得回答說：「是神所立的基督。」

21 耶穌嚴嚴［straitly］的囑咐他們，吩咐他們［commanded them］不可將那［that］事告訴人；

22 說［Saying］：「人子必須受許多的苦，被長老、祭司長、和文士棄絕，並且被殺，第三天復活。」

23 耶穌又對他們［them］眾人說：「若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，天天背起他的十字架來跟從我。

24 因為，凡要救自己生命［life］的，必喪掉生命；凡為我喪掉生命的，倒［but］必救了生命。

25 人若賺得全世界，卻喪了自己，或被丟棄［or be cast away］，有甚麼益處呢？

26 凡把我和我的道當作可恥的，人子要［shall］在自己的榮耀裏，並他的父［his Father's］與聖天使的榮耀裏降臨的時候，也要把那人當作可恥的。

27 只是我對你們說實話［But I tell you of a truth］，站在這裏的，有人必不［shall not］嘗死味，直等他們［till they］看見神的國。」

28 說了這些［these］話以後約有八天，耶穌帶著彼得、約翰、雅各上山去禱告。

29 他［he］禱告的時候，他的面貌就改變了，衣服潔白放光。

30 忽然有摩西、以利亞兩個人同耶穌說話；

31 他們在榮光裏顯現，談論耶穌去世的事，就是他在耶路撒冷所當［should］成的事。

32 彼得和他的同伴卻［But］打盹；他們［they］醒了，就看見耶穌的榮光，並同他站著的那兩個人。

33 二人離開耶穌［departed from him］的時候，彼得對耶穌說：「夫子，我們在這裏真好。我們［us］可以搭三座棚：一座為你，一座為摩西，一座為以利亞。」他卻不知道所說的是甚麼。

34 後得正說這話［While he thus spake］，有一朵雲彩來遮蓋他們；他們進入雲彩裏就懼怕。

35 有聲音從雲彩裏出來，說：「這是我的愛子［This is my beloved Son］；你們要聽他。」

36 聲音一［when］過［past］，只見耶穌一人在那裏。當那些日子，他們隱藏［they kept it close］那些［those］所看見的事，一樣也不告訴人。

37 次日［next day］，他們下了山，就有許多人迎見耶穌。

38 忽然［behold］其中有一人喊叫說：「夫子，求你看顧我的兒子；因為他是我的獨生子。

39 不料［lo］，他被靈［spirit］抓住就忽然喊叫；並且靈［and it］叫他抽瘋，使他［that he］口又［again］流沫，並且重重的傷害他，難以離開他。

40 我求過你的門徒，把牠［him］趕出去；他們卻是不能。」

41 耶穌回答說［answering said］：「這又不信又悖謬的世代啊，我在你們這裏，忍耐你們要到幾時呢？將你的兒子帶到這裏來吧。」

42 正來的時候，那鬼魔［the devil］把他摔倒，叫他抽瘋［tare him］。耶穌就斥責那污靈［spirit］，把孩子治好了，再［again］交給他父親。

43 眾人都詫異神的大能［mighty power］。耶穌所作的一切事，他們［they］各人［every one］正希奇的時候，耶穌卻［But］對他的［his］門徒說：

44 「你們要把這些話存下［down］耳中；因為人子將要被交在人手裏。」

45 但［But］他們不明白這話，意思乃是向他們［from them］隱藏的，叫他們不能明白；他們也不敢問那［that］話的意思。

46 門徒中間就［Then］起了議論，誰為至大［should be greatest］。

47 耶穌知道［perceiving］他們心中的意念［thought］，就領一個孩子［child］來，叫他站在自己旁邊，

48 對他們說：「凡為我名接待這孩子［child］的，就是接待我；凡接待我的，就是接待那差我來的；因為［for］你們中間最小的，他必［shall］為大。」

49 約翰回答［answered］說：「夫子，我們看見一個人奉你的名趕出鬼魔［devils］；我們就禁止他，因為他不與我們一同跟從你。」

50 耶穌對他［unto him］說：「不要禁止他；因為不敵擋我們［us］的，就是幫助我們［us］的。」

51 耶穌被接上升的時侯［time］將到，他就定意向耶路撒冷去，

52 便打發使者在他前頭走；他們進了［entered］撒瑪利亞的一個村莊，要為他預備。

53 那裏的人不接待他，因他面向耶路撒冷去。

8 And1161 of5259 some,5100 that3754 Elijah2243 had appeared;5316 and1161 of others,243 that3754 one1520 of the3588 old744 prophets4396 was risen again.450

8 又有人說，是以利亞顯現；還有人說，是古時的一個先知又活了。

9 And2532 Herod2264 said,2036 John2491 have I1473 beheaded:607 but1161 who5101 is2076 this,3778 of4012 whom3739 I1473 hear191 such things?5108 And2532 he desired2212 to see1492 him.846

9 希律說：「約翰我已經斬首［beheaded］了；這卻是甚麼人，我竟聽見他這樣的事呢？」他［he］就想要見他。

10 And2532 the3588 apostles,652 when they were returned,5290 told1334 him846 all that3745 they had done.4160 And2532 he took3880 them,846 and went aside5298 privately2596 2398 into1519 a desert2048 place5117 belonging to the city4172 called2564 Bethsaida.966

10 使徒回來，將所作的［done］都［all］告訴耶穌。耶穌就帶他們暗暗的離開那裏，往一座城的野地［a desert place belonging］去，那城名叫伯賽大。

11 And1161 the3588 people,3793 when they knew1097 it, followed190 him:846 and2532 he received1209 them,846 and spake2980 unto them846 of4012 the3588 kingdom932 of God,2316 and2532 healed2390 them that had2192 need5532 of healing.2322

11 百姓［people］知道了，就跟著他去；耶穌便接待他們，對他們講論神國的道，醫治那些需醫的人。

12 And1161 when the3588 day2250 began756 to wear away,2827 then1161 came4334 the3588 twelve,1427 and said2036 unto him,846 Send the multitude away,630 3588 3793 that2443 they may go565 into1519 the3588 towns2968 and2532 country68 round about,2945 and lodge,2647 and2532 get2147 victuals:1979 for3754 we are2070 here5602 in1722 a desert2048 place.5117

12 那時［when］，日頭快要落了［wear away］，十二個門徒便［then］來，對他說：「請打發［Send］眾人去［away］，他們好往四面村莊［towns］裏去借宿找吃的；因［for］我們這裏是野地。」

13 But1161 he said2036 unto4314 them,846 Give1325 ye5210 them846 to eat.5315 And1161 they3588 said,2036 We2254 have1526 no3756 more4119 but2228 five4002 loaves740 and2532 two1417 fishes;2486 except1509 we2249 should go4198 and buy59 meat1033 for1519 all3956 this5126 people.2992

13 耶穌卻［But］對他們［unto them］說：「你們給他們吃吧。」門徒說：「我們不過有五個餅，兩條魚；我們［we］若不去為這眾人［all this people］買食物就不夠。」

14 For1063 they were2258 about5616 five thousand4000 men.435 And1161 he3588 said2036 to4314 his848 disciples,3101 Make them846 sit down2625 by303 fifties4004 in a company.2828

14 那時，人數約有五千。耶穌對他的［his］門徒說：「叫他們一排一排的坐下，每排大約五十個人。」

15 And2532 they did4160 so,3779 and2532 made them all537 sit down.347

15 門徒就如此行，叫眾人都坐下。

16 Then1161 he took2983 the3588 five4002 loaves740 and2532 the3588 two1417 fishes,2486 and looking up308 to1519 heaven,3772 he blessed2127 them,846 and2532 broke,2622 and2532 gave1325 to the3588 disciples3101 to set before3908 the3588 multitude.3793

16 耶穌就［Then］拿著這五個餅，兩條魚，望著天，為餅魚［them］祝福，擘開，遞給門徒，擺在眾人面前。

17 And2532 they did eat,5315 and2532 were all3956 filled:5526 and2532 there was taken up142 of fragments2801 that remained4052 to them846 twelve1427 baskets.2894

17 他們就吃，並且都吃飽了；把給他們［to them］剩下的零碎收拾起來，裝滿了十二籃子。

18 And2532 it came to pass,1096 as he846 was1511 alone2651 praying,4336 his disciples3101 were with4895 him:846 and2532 he asked1905 them,846 saying,3004 Whom5101 say3004 the3588 people3793 that I3165 am?1511

18 耶穌自己禱告的時候，他的［his］門徒也同他在那裏；耶穌問他們說：「百姓［people］說我是誰？」

19 1161 They3588 answering611 said,2036 John2491 the3588 Baptist;910 but1161 some243 say, Elijah;2243 and1161 others243 say, that3754 one5100 of the3588 old744 prophets4396 is risen again.450

19 他們回答［answering］說：「有人說是施浸的約翰；但［but］有好些［some］說是以利亞的；還有人說是古時的一個先知又活了。」

20 1161 He said2036 unto them,846 But1161 whom5101 say3004 ye5210 that I3165 am?1511 1161 Peter4074 answering611 said,2036 The3588 Christ5547 of God.2316

20 耶穌對他們［unto them］說：「你們卻［But］說我是誰？」彼得回答說：「是神所立的基督。」

21 And1161 he3588 straitly charged2008 them,846 and commanded3853 them to tell2036 no man3367 that thing;5124

21 耶穌嚴嚴［straitly］的囑咐他們，吩咐他們［commanded them］不可將那［that］事告訴人；

22 Saying,2036 The3588 Son5207 of man444 must1163 suffer3958 many things,4183 and2532 be rejected593 of575 the3588 elders4245 and2532 chief priests749 and2532 scribes,1122 and2532 be slain,615 and2532 be raised1453 the3588 third5154 day.2250

22 說［Saying］：「人子必須受許多的苦，被長老、祭司長、和文士棄絕，並且被殺，第三天復活。」

23 And1161 he said3004 to4314 them all,3956 If1487 any5100 man will2309 come2064 after3694 me,3450 let him deny533 himself,1438 and2532 take up142 his848 cross4716 daily,2596 2250 and2532 follow190 me.3427

23 耶穌又對他們［them］眾人說：「若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，天天背起他的十字架來跟從我。

24 For1063 whosoever3739 302 will2309 save4982 his848 life5590 shall lose622 it: 846 but1161 whosoever3739 302 will lose622 his848 life5590 for my sake,1752 1700 the same3778 shall save4982 it.846

24 因為，凡要救自己生命［life］的，必喪掉生命；凡為我喪掉生命的，倒［but］必救了生命。

25 For1063 what5101 is a man444 advantaged,5623 if he gain2770 the3588 whole3650 world,2889 and1161 lose622 himself,1438 or2228 be cast away?2210

25 人若賺得全世界，卻喪了自己，或被丟棄［or be cast away］，有甚麼益處呢？

26 For1063 whosoever3739 302 shall be ashamed1870 of me3165 and2532 of my1699 words,3056 of him5126 shall the3588 Son5207 of man444 be ashamed,1870 when3752 he shall come2064 in1722 his own848 glory,1391 and2532 in his Father's,3962 and2532 of the3588 holy40 angels.32

26 凡把我和我的道當作可恥的，人子要［shall］在自己的榮耀裏，並他的父［his Father's］與聖天使的榮耀裏降臨的時候，也要把那人當作可恥的。

27 But1161 I tell3004 you5213 of a truth,230 there be1526 some5100 standing2476 here,5602 which3739 shall not3364 taste1089 of death,2288 till2193 302 they see1492 the3588 kingdom932 of God.2316

27 只是我對你們說實話［But I tell you of a truth］，站在這裏的，有人必不［shall not］嘗死味，直等他們［till they］看見神的國。」

28 And1161 it came to pass1096 about5616 eight3638 days2250 after3326 these5128 sayings,3056 he2532 took3880 Peter4074 and2532 John2491 and2532 James,2385 and went up305 into1519 a mountain3735 to pray.4336

28 說了這些［these］話以後約有八天，耶穌帶著彼得、約翰、雅各上山去禱告。

29 And2532 as1096 he846 prayed,4336 the3588 fashion1491 of his846 countenance4383 was altered,2087 and2532 his846 raiment2441 was white3022 and glistering.1823

29 他［he］禱告的時候，他的面貌就改變了，衣服潔白放光。

30 And,2532 behold,2400 there talked with4814 him846 two1417 men,444 which3748 were2258 Moses3475 and2532 Elijah: 2243

30 忽然有摩西、以利亞兩個人同耶穌說話；

31 Who3739 appeared3700 in1722 glory,1391 and spake3004 of his846 decease1841 which3739 he should3195 accomplish4137 at1722 Jerusalem.2419

31 他們在榮光裏顯現，談論耶穌去世的事，就是他在耶路撒冷所當［should］成的事。

32 But1161 Peter4074 and2532 they3588 that were with4862 him846 were2258 heavy916 with sleep:5258 and1161 when they were awake,1235 they saw1492 his846 glory,1391 and2532 the3588 two1417 men444 that stood with4921 him.846

32 彼得和他的同伴卻［But］打盹；他們［they］醒了，就看見耶穌的榮光，並同他站著的那兩個人。

33 And2532 it came to pass,1096 as they846 departed1316 from575 him,846 Peter4074 said2036 unto4314 Jesus,2424 Master,1988 it is2076 good2570 for us2248 to be1511 here:5602 and2532 let us make4160 three5140 tabernacles;4633 one3391 for thee,4671 and2532 one3391 for Moses,3475 and2532 one3391 for Elijah:2243 not3361 knowing1492 what3739 he said.3004

33 二人離開耶穌［departed from him］的時候，彼得對耶穌說：「夫子，我們在這裏真好。我們［us］可以搭三座棚：一座為你，一座為摩西，一座為以利亞。」他卻不知道所說的是甚麼。

34 While1161 he846 thus5023 spake,3004 there came1096 a cloud,3507 and2532 overshadowed1982 them:846 and1161 they feared5399 as they1565 entered1525 into1519 the3588 cloud.3507

34 後得正說這話［While he thus spake］，有一朵雲彩來遮蓋他們；他們進入雲彩裏就懼怕。

35 And2532 there came1096 a voice5456 out of1537 the3588 cloud,3507 saying,3004 This3778 is2076 my3450 beloved27 Son:5207 hear191 him.846

35 有聲音從雲彩裏出來，說：「這是我的愛子［This is my beloved Son］；你們要聽他。」

36 And2532 when the3588 voice5456 was past,1096 Jesus2424 was found2147 alone.3441 And2532 they846 kept it close,4601 and2532 told518 no man3762 in1722 those1565 days2250 any of those things3762 which3739 they had seen.3708

36 聲音一［when］過［past］，只見耶穌一人在那裏。當那些日子，他們隱藏［they kept it close］那些［those］所看見的事，一樣也不告訴人。

37 And1161 it came to pass,1096 that on1722 the3588 next1836 day,2250 when they846 were come down2718 from575 the3588 hill,3735 much4183 people3793 met4876 him.846

37 次日［next day］，他們下了山，就有許多人迎見耶穌。

38 And,2532 behold,2400 a man435 of575 the3588 company3793 cried out,310 saying,3004 Master,1320 I beseech1189 thee,4675 look1914 upon1909 my3450 son:5207 for3754 he is2076 mine3427 only child.3439

38 忽然［behold］其中有一人喊叫說：「夫子，求你看顧我的兒子；因為他是我的獨生子。

39 And,2532 lo,2400 a spirit4151 taketh2983 him,846 and2532 he suddenly1810 crieth out;2896 and2532 it teareth4682 him846 that he foameth again,3326 876 and2532 bruising4937 him846 hardly3425 departeth672 from575 him.846

39 不料［lo］，他被靈［spirit］抓住就忽然喊叫；並且靈［and it］叫他抽瘋，使他［that he］口又［again］流沫，並且重重的傷害他，難以離開他。

40 And2532 I besought1189 thy4675 disciples3101 to2443 cast him out;1544 846 and2532 they could1410 not.3756

40 我求過你的門徒，把牠［him］趕出去；他們卻是不能。」

41 And1161 Jesus2424 answering611 said,2036 O5599 faithless571 and2532 perverse1294 generation,1074 how long2193 4219 shall I be2071 with4314 you,5209 and2532 suffer430 you?5216 Bring4317 thy4675 son5207 hither.5602

41 耶穌回答說［answering said］：「這又不信又悖謬的世代啊，我在你們這裏，忍耐你們要到幾時呢？將你的兒子帶到這裏來吧。」

42 And1161 as he846 was yet2089 a coming,4334 the3588 devil1140 threw him down,4486 846 and2532 tore4952 him. And1161 Jesus2424 rebuked2008 the3588 unclean169 spirit,4151 and2532 healed2390 the3588 child,3816 and2532 delivered him again591 846 to his846 father.3962

42 正來的時候，那鬼魔［the devil］把他摔倒，叫他抽瘋［tare him］。耶穌就斥責那污靈［spirit］，把孩子治好了，再［again］交給他父親。

43 And1161 they were all3956 amazed1605 at1909 the3588 mighty power3168 of God.2316 But1161 while they wondered2296 every one3956 at1909 all things3956 which3739 Jesus2424 did,4160 he said2036 unto4314 his848 disciples,3101

43 眾人都詫異神的大能［mighty power］。耶穌所作的一切事，他們［they］各人［every one］正希奇的時候，耶穌卻［But］對他的［his］門徒說：

44 Let5210 these5128 sayings3056 sink down5087 into1519 your5216 ears: 3775 for1063 the3588 Son5207 of man444 shall3195 be delivered3860 into1519 the hands5495 of men.444

44 「你們要把這些話存下［down］耳中；因為人子將要被交在人手裏。」

45 But1161 they3588 understood not50 this5124 saying,4487 and2532 it was2258 hid3871 from575 them,846 that2443 they perceived143 it846 not:3361 and2532 they feared5399 to ask2065 him846 of4012 that5127 saying.4487

45 但［But］他們不明白這話，意思乃是向他們［from them］隱藏的，叫他們不能明白；他們也不敢問那［that］話的意思。

46 Then1161 there arose1525 a reasoning1261 among1722 them,846 which5101 of them846 should be1498 greatest.3187

46 門徒中間就［Then］起了議論，誰為至大［should be greatest］。

47 And1161 Jesus,2424 perceiving1492 the3588 thought1261 of their846 heart,2588 took1949 a child,3813 and set2476 him846 by3844 him,1438

47 耶穌知道［perceiving］他們心中的意念［thought］，就領一個孩子［child］來，叫他站在自己旁邊，

48 And2532 said2036 unto them,846 Whosoever3739 1437 shall receive1209 this5124 child3813 in1909 my3450 name3686 receiveth1209 me: 1691 and2532 whosoever3739 1437 shall receive1209 me1691 receiveth1209 him that sent649 me: 3165 for1063 he that is5225 least3398 among1722 you5213 all,3956 the same3778 shall be2071 great.3173

48 對他們說：「凡為我名接待這孩子［child］的，就是接待我；凡接待我的，就是接待那差我來的；因為［for］你們中間最小的，他必［shall］為大。」

49 And1161 John2491 answered611 and said,2036 Master,1988 we saw1492 one5100 casting out1544 devils1140 in1909 thy4675 name;3686 and2532 we forbade2967 him,846 because3754 he followeth190 not3756 with3326 us.2257

49 約翰回答［answered］說：「夫子，我們看見一個人奉你的名趕出鬼魔［devils］；我們就禁止他，因為他不與我們一同跟從你。」

50 And2532 Jesus2424 said2036 unto4314 him,846 Forbid2967 him not: 3361 for1063 he3739 that is2076 not3756 against2596 us2257 is2076 for5228 us.2257

50 耶穌對他［unto him］說：「不要禁止他；因為不敵擋我們［us］的，就是幫助我們［us］的。」

51 And1161 it came to pass,1096 when the3588 time2250 was come4845 that2532 he846 should be received up,354 he846 steadfastly set4741 his848 face4383 to go4198 to1519 Jerusalem,2419

51 耶穌被接上升的時侯［time］將到，他就定意向耶路撒冷去，

52 And2532 sent649 messengers32 before4253 his848 face:4383 and2532 they went,4198 and entered1525 into1519 a village2968 of the Samaritans,4541 to5620 make ready2090 for him.846

52 便打發使者在他前頭走；他們進了［entered］撒瑪利亞的一個村莊，要為他預備。

53 And2532 they did not3756 receive1209 him,846 because3754 his846 face4383 was2258 as though he would go4198 to1519 Jerusalem.2419

53 那裏的人不接待他，因他面向耶路撒冷去。

54 And1161 when his846 disciples3101 James2385 and2532 John2491 saw1492 this, they said,2036 Lord,2962 wilt2309 thou that we command2036 fire4442 to come down2597 from575 heaven,3772 and2532 consume355 them,846 even2532 as5613 Elijah2243 did?4160

54 他的門徒，雅各、約翰，看見這事［this］，就說：「主啊，你要我們吩咐火從天上降下來，燒滅他們，像以利亞所作的麼［even as Elias did］？」

55 But1161 he turned,4762 and rebuked2008 them,846 and2532 said,2036 Ye know1492 not3756 what manner3634 of spirit4151 ye5210 are2075 of.

55 但［But］耶穌轉過身來［turned］，責備兩個門徒，說［said］：「你們的靈如何［what manner of spirit ye are of］，你們並不知道［Ye know not］。

56 For1063 the3588 Son5207 of man444 is not3756 come2064 to destroy622 men's444 lives,5590 but235 to save4982 them. And2532 they went4198 to1519 another2087 village.2968

56 人子來不是要滅人的性命［For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives］，乃是要救人的性命［but to save them］。」他們［they］就往別的村莊去了。

57 And1161 it came to pass,1096 that, as they846 went4198 in1722 the3588 way,3598 a certain5100 man said2036 unto4314 him,846 Lord,2962 I will follow190 thee4671 whithersoever3699 302 thou goest.565

57 他們走路的時候，有一人對耶穌說：「主［Lord］，你無論往哪裏去，我要跟從你。」

58 And2532 Jesus2424 said2036 unto him,846 Foxes258 have2192 holes,5454 and2532 birds4071 of the3588 air3772 have nests;2682 but1161 the3588 Son5207 of man444 hath2192 not3756 where4226 to lay2827 his head.2776

58 耶穌對他［unto him］說：「狐狸有洞，空中［air］的飛鳥有窩；只是人子沒有枕頭的地方。」

59 And1161 he said2036 unto4314 another,2087 Follow190 me.3427 But1161 he3588 said,2036 Lord,2962 suffer2010 me3427 first4412 to go565 and bury2290 my3450 father.3962

59 耶穌［he］又對另一人［another］說：「跟從我來。」只是［But］那人說：「主，容我先回去埋葬我的父親。」

60 1161 Jesus2424 said2036 unto him,846 Let863 the3588 dead3498 bury2290 their1438 dead: 3498 but1161 go565 thou4771 and preach1229 the3588 kingdom932 of God.2316

60 耶穌對他［unto him］說：「任憑死人埋葬他們的死人；你只管去傳揚神的國［kingdom of God］。」

61 And1161 another2087 also2532 said,2036 Lord,2962 I will follow190 thee;4671 but1161 let2010 me3427 first4412 go bid them farewell,657 which3588 are at home at1519 my3450 house.3624

61 又另有一人［another］說：「主，我要跟從你；但容我先去辭別我家裏的人。」

62 And1161 Jesus2424 said2036 unto4314 him,846 No man,3762 having put1911 his848 hand5495 to1909 the plow,723 and2532 looking991 back,1519 3694 is2076 fit2111 for1519 the3588 kingdom932 of God.2316

62 耶穌對他［unto him］說：「手扶著犁向後看的，不配進神的國。」
