瑪拉基書

第2章

1 「眾祭司啊，這誡命是傳給你們的。

2 大軍之耶和華說：你們若不聽從，也不放在心上，將榮耀歸與我的名，我就使咒詛臨到你們，使你們的福分變為咒詛；因為［because］你們不把誡命放在心上，我已經咒詛你們的福分［them］。

3 看哪［Behold］，我必敗壞［corrupt］你們的種子，又把糞─就是你們聖節所獻的糞［and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts］抹你們的臉上；必有人把你們與糞一同除掉［one shall take you away with it］。

4 你們就知道我傳這誡命給你們，使我與利未［Levi］所立的約可以常存。這是大軍之耶和華說的。

5 我曾與他立生命和平安的約；我將這兩樣賜給他，為要［for］他存敬畏的心，他好［wherewith］敬畏我，在我名前懼怕［afraid before my name］。

6 真實的律法在他口中，他嘴裏沒有不義的話；他以平安和公正［equity］與我同行，使多人回頭離開罪孽。

7 祭司的嘴裏當存知識，人也當由他口中尋求律法；因為他是大軍之耶和華的使者。

8 你們卻離開［departed out］正道；你們［ye］使許多人在律法上跌倒；你們敗壞［corrupted］我與利未所立的約。這是大軍之耶和華說的。

9 所以我使你們被眾人藐視，看為下賤；因你們不守我的道，竟在律法上偏斷是非［partial］。」

10 我們豈不都是一個父嗎？豈不是一位神所創造［created］的嗎？我們各人怎麼以詭詐待自己兄弟，背棄神與我們列祖所立的約呢［why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers］？

11 猶大［Judah］行事詭詐，並且在以色列和耶路撒冷中犯了［committed］一件可憎的事；因為猶大［Judah］褻瀆耶和華所喜愛的聖潔［holiness］，娶事奉外邦神的女子為妻。

12 凡行這事的，無論為師的［the master］、為徒的［the scholar］，就是獻供物給大軍之耶和華，耶和華也必從雅各的帳棚中剪除他。

13 你們又行了一件這樣的事，使眼淚［tears］哭泣並呼喊遮蓋耶和華的壇，以致耶和華不再看顧那供物，也不樂意從你們手中收納。

14 你們還說：「這是為甚麼呢？」因為［Because］耶和華在你和你幼年所娶的妻中間作見證，你卻以詭詐待她［against whom thou hast dealt treacherously］；她卻是［yet is］你的配偶，又是你盟約的妻［thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant］。

15 他不是單造一人嗎［did not he make one］？然而［Yet］神有靈的餘力能造多人［had he the residue of the spirit］。為何只造一人呢？乃是他願人得虔誠的後裔。所以當謹守你們的心靈［spirit］，誰也不可以詭詐待幼年所娶的妻。

16 耶和華─以色列的神說，休妻的事和以強暴待妻的人都是他［he］所恨惡的；所以當謹守你們的靈［spirit］，不可行詭詐。這是大軍之耶和華說的。

17 你們用言語煩瑣耶和華。你們還說：「我們在何事上煩瑣他呢？」那時［When］你們說：「凡行惡的，耶和華眼看為善，並且他喜悅他們。」或說：「審判［judgment］的神在哪裏呢？」

Chapter 2

1 And now,6258 O you priests,3548 this2063 commandment4687 is for you.

2 If518 you will not hear,8085 and if518 you will not lay7760 it to heart,3820 to give5414 glory3519 to my name,8034 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 I will even send7971 a curse3994 on you, and I will curse779 your blessings:1293 yes,1571 I have cursed779 them already, because3588 you do not lay7760 it to heart.3820

3 Behold,2005 I will corrupt1605 your seed,2233 and spread2219 dung6569 on your faces,6440 even the dung6569 of your solemn2282 feasts;2282 and one shall take5375 you away with it.

4 And you shall know3045 that I have sent7971 this2063 commandment4687 to you, that my covenant1285 might be with Levi,3878 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts.6635

5 My covenant1285 was with him of life2416 and peace;7965 and I gave5414 them to him for the fear4172 with which834 he feared3372 me, and was afraid2865 before6440 my name.8034

6 The law8451 of truth571 was in his mouth,6310 and iniquity5766 was not found4672 in his lips:8193 he walked1980 with me in peace7965 and equity,4334 and did turn7725 many7227 away from iniquity.5771

7 For the priest's3548 lips8193 should keep2287 knowledge,1847 and they should seek1245 the law8451 at his mouth:6310 for he is the messenger4397 of the LORD3068 of hosts.6635

8 But you are departed5493 out of the way;1870 you have caused many7227 to stumble3782 at the law;8451 you have corrupted7843 the covenant1285 of Levi,3878 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts.6635

9 Therefore have I also1571 made5414 you contemptible959 and base8217 before all3605 the people,5971 according6310 as you have not kept8104 my ways,1870 but have been partial5375 6440 in the law.8451

10 Have we not all3605 one259 father?2 has not one259 God410 created1254 us? why4069 do we deal treacherously898 every man376 against his brother,251 by profaning2490 the covenant1285 of our fathers?1

11 Judah3063 has dealt treacherously,898 and an abomination8441 is committed6213 in Israel3478 and in Jerusalem;3389 for Judah3063 has profaned2490 the holiness6944 of the LORD3068 which834 he loved,157 and has married1166 the daughter1323 of a strange5236 god.410

12 The LORD3068 will cut3772 off the man376 that does6213 this, the master5782 and the scholar,6030 out of the tabernacles168 of Jacob,3290 and him that offers5066 an offering4503 to the LORD3068 of hosts.6635

13 And this have you done6213 again,8145 covering3680 the altar4196 of the LORD3068 with tears,1832 with weeping,1065 and with crying603 out, so that he regards6437 not the offering4503 any more,5750 or receives3947 it with good7522 will7522 at your hand.3027

14 Yet you say,559 Why?5921 Because5921 3588 the LORD3068 has been witness5749 between996 you and the wife802 of your youth,5271 against whom834 you have dealt treacherously:898 yet is she your companion,2278 and the wife802 of your covenant.1285

15 And did not he make6213 one?259 Yet had he the residue7605 of the spirit.7307 And why4100 one?259 That he might seek1245 a godly430 seed.2233 Therefore take heed8104 to your spirit,7307 and let none408 deal treacherously898 against the wife802 of his youth.5271

16 For the LORD,3068 the God430 of Israel,3478 said559 that he hates8130 putting7971 away: for one covers3680 violence2555 with his garment,3830 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts:6635 therefore take heed8104 to your spirit,7307 that you deal not treacherously.898

17 You have wearied3021 the LORD3068 with your words.1697 Yet you say,559 Wherein4100 have we wearied3021 him? When you say,559 Every3605 one that does6213 evil7451 is good2896 in the sight5869 of the LORD,3068 and he delights2654 in them; or,176 Where346 is the God430 of judgment?4941

1 「眾祭司啊，這誡命是傳給你們的。

1 And now,6258 O you priests,3548 this2063 commandment4687 is for you.

2 大軍之耶和華說：你們若不聽從，也不放在心上，將榮耀歸與我的名，我就使咒詛臨到你們，使你們的福分變為咒詛；因為［because］你們不把誡命放在心上，我已經咒詛你們的福分［them］。

4 你們就知道我傳這誡命給你們，使我與利未［Levi］所立的約可以常存。這是大軍之耶和華說的。

4 And you shall know3045 that I have sent7971 this2063 commandment4687 to you, that my covenant1285 might be with Levi,3878 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts.6635

5 我曾與他立生命和平安的約；我將這兩樣賜給他，為要［for］他存敬畏的心，他好［wherewith］敬畏我，在我名前懼怕［afraid before my name］。

5 My covenant1285 was with him of life2416 and peace;7965 and I gave5414 them to him for the fear4172 with which834 he feared3372 me, and was afraid2865 before6440 my name.8034

6 真實的律法在他口中，他嘴裏沒有不義的話；他以平安和公正［equity］與我同行，使多人回頭離開罪孽。

6 The law8451 of truth571 was in his mouth,6310 and iniquity5766 was not found4672 in his lips:8193 he walked1980 with me in peace7965 and equity,4334 and did turn7725 many7227 away from iniquity.5771

7 祭司的嘴裏當存知識，人也當由他口中尋求律法；因為他是大軍之耶和華的使者。

7 For the priest's3548 lips8193 should keep2287 knowledge,1847 and they should seek1245 the law8451 at his mouth:6310 for he is the messenger4397 of the LORD3068 of hosts.6635

8 你們卻離開［departed out］正道；你們［ye］使許多人在律法上跌倒；你們敗壞［corrupted］我與利未所立的約。這是大軍之耶和華說的。

8 But you are departed5493 out of the way;1870 you have caused many7227 to stumble3782 at the law;8451 you have corrupted7843 the covenant1285 of Levi,3878 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts.6635

9 所以我使你們被眾人藐視，看為下賤；因你們不守我的道，竟在律法上偏斷是非［partial］。」

9 Therefore have I also1571 made5414 you contemptible959 and base8217 before all3605 the people,5971 according6310 as you have not kept8104 my ways,1870 but have been partial5375 6440 in the law.8451

10 我們豈不都是一個父嗎？豈不是一位神所創造［created］的嗎？我們各人怎麼以詭詐待自己兄弟，背棄神與我們列祖所立的約呢［why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers］？

10 Have we not all3605 one259 father?2 has not one259 God410 created1254 us? why4069 do we deal treacherously898 every man376 against his brother,251 by profaning2490 the covenant1285 of our fathers?1

11 猶大［Judah］行事詭詐，並且在以色列和耶路撒冷中犯了［committed］一件可憎的事；因為猶大［Judah］褻瀆耶和華所喜愛的聖潔［holiness］，娶事奉外邦神的女子為妻。

11 Judah3063 has dealt treacherously,898 and an abomination8441 is committed6213 in Israel3478 and in Jerusalem;3389 for Judah3063 has profaned2490 the holiness6944 of the LORD3068 which834 he loved,157 and has married1166 the daughter1323 of a strange5236 god.410

12 凡行這事的，無論為師的［the master］、為徒的［the scholar］，就是獻供物給大軍之耶和華，耶和華也必從雅各的帳棚中剪除他。

12 The LORD3068 will cut3772 off the man376 that does6213 this, the master5782 and the scholar,6030 out of the tabernacles168 of Jacob,3290 and him that offers5066 an offering4503 to the LORD3068 of hosts.6635

13 你們又行了一件這樣的事，使眼淚［tears］哭泣並呼喊遮蓋耶和華的壇，以致耶和華不再看顧那供物，也不樂意從你們手中收納。

13 And this have you done6213 again,8145 covering3680 the altar4196 of the LORD3068 with tears,1832 with weeping,1065 and with crying603 out, so that he regards6437 not the offering4503 any more,5750 or receives3947 it with good7522 will7522 at your hand.3027

14 你們還說：「這是為甚麼呢？」因為［Because］耶和華在你和你幼年所娶的妻中間作見證，你卻以詭詐待她［against whom thou hast dealt treacherously］；她卻是［yet is］你的配偶，又是你盟約的妻［thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant］。

14 Yet you say,559 Why?5921 Because5921 3588 the LORD3068 has been witness5749 between996 you and the wife802 of your youth,5271 against whom834 you have dealt treacherously:898 yet is she your companion,2278 and the wife802 of your covenant.1285
