何西阿書

第3章

1 耶和華對我說：「你再去愛一個淫婦，就是她情人所愛的；好像以色列人，雖然偏向別神，喜愛壺中的酒［flagons of wine］，耶和華還是愛他們。」

2 我便用十五塊銀子［fifteen pieces of silver］，大麥一賀梅珥半，買她歸我。

3 我對她說：「你當多日為我獨居；你［thou］不可行淫，不可歸別人［another man］。我為［for］你也必這樣。」

4 以色列人也必多日獨居，無君王，無首領，無祭祀，無像［image］，無以弗得，無家中的神像。

5 後來以色列人必回轉［return］，尋求他們的神─耶和華和他們的王大衛。在末後的日子，必以敬畏的心歸向耶和華，領受他的恩惠。

Hosea

Chapter 3

1 THEN the LORD said to me, Go again, love a woman who is fond of doing evil things and an adulteress, as the LORD loves the children of Israel, though they have turned and have gone after other gods, and love raisin cakes.

2 So I bought her for myself for fifteen pieces of silver and a homer and half of barley;

3 And I said to her, You shall dwell as my wife for many days; you shall not play the harlot, and you shall not be for other men; so will I also be for you.

4 For the children of Israel shall dwell many days without a king and without a ruler and without a sacrifice and without an altar, and without the one who wears an ephod and burns incense.

5 Afterward the children of Israel shall return and seek the LORD their God and David their king; and they shall know the LORD and his goodness in the latter days.
