1 （大衛的詩，交與伶長。）愚頑人心裏說：沒有神。他們都是敗壞［corrupt］，行了可憎惡的事；沒有一個人行善。

2 耶和華從天上垂看世人，要看有明白的沒有，有尋求神的沒有。

3 他們都偏離正路，一同變為污穢；並沒有行善的，連一個也沒有。

4 作孽的都沒有知識嗎？他們吞吃我的百姓，如同吃餅［bread］一樣，並不求告耶和華。

5 他們在那裏大大地害怕，因為神在義人的世代［generation］中。

6 你們辱沒困苦人的謀算［shamed the counsel of the poor］，因為［because］耶和華是他的避難所。

7 但願以色列的救恩從錫安而出。耶和華救回他被擄的子民那時，雅各要快樂，以色列要歡喜。

Psalm 14

1 THE fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have been defiled by their own devices; there is none that does good.

2 The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men to see if there were any that did understand and seek God.

3 They are all gone astray and have been rejected all together; there is none that does good; no, not one.

4 They recognized not the workers of iniquity, who devour my people as one eats bread; and they called not upon the LORD.

5 There were they in great fear; for God is in the generation of the righteous.

6 They have reproached the counsel of the poor, because he trusts on the LORD.

7 Who shall give out of Zion the salvation to Israel? When the LORD brings back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice and Israel shall be glad.
