歌羅西書

第2章

1 我願意你們曉得，我為你們和老底嘉人，並一切沒有與我親自見面的人，是何等的盡心竭力；

2 要叫他們的心得安慰，因愛心互相聯絡，以致豐豐足足在悟性中有充足的信心，使他們真知父［of the Father］神和基督［and of Christ］的奧秘。

3 所積蓄的一切智慧知識，都在他裏面藏著。

4 我說這話，免得有人用花言巧語誘騙［beguile］你們。

5 我肉身［flesh］雖與你們相離，靈［spirit］卻與你們同在，見你們循規蹈矩，信基督的心也堅固，我就歡喜了。

6 你們既然接受了主基督耶穌，就當遵他而行，

7 在他裏面生根建造，信心堅固，正如你們所領的教訓，滿懷［abounding therein with］感謝的心。

8 務要謹慎［Beware］，恐怕有人用他的理學和虛空的詭詐［deceit］，不照著基督，乃照人間的遺傳和世俗的基礎［rudiments of the world］就把你們擄去。

9 因為神本性一切的豐盛都有形有體的居住在他［him］裏面，

10 你們在他裏面也得以完全［complete in］。他是各樣執政掌權者的元首。

11 你們在他裏面也受了不是人手所行的割禮，乃是基督的割禮，使你們脫去肉身罪孽之體［in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ］。

12 你們既受浸與他一同埋葬，也就在此與他一同復活，都因信那叫他從死裏復活神的作為［operation］。

13 你們從前在罪惡［sins］和未受割禮的肉體中死了，神饒恕［forgiven］了你們［you］一切過犯，便叫你們與基督一同活過來；

14 又塗抹了在律例上所寫攻擊我們，有礙於我們的字據，把它撤去，釘在十字架上。

15 既將一切執政的、掌權的擄來，明顯給眾人看，就仗著十字架誇勝。

16 所以，不拘在飲食上，或是在聖日［or in respect of an holyday］、月朔、安息日都不可讓人論斷你們。

17 這些原是後事的影兒；那形體卻是基督。

18 不可讓人因著故意謙虛，和敬拜天使，就誘奪［beguile］你們的獎賞。這等人窺察所沒有見過的事［intruding things which he hath not seen］，隨著自己的慾心，無故的自高自大。

19 不持定元首，全身本是［from which］靠著他，筋節得以相助培養［nourished］，就因神［God］大得長進。

20 因此你們若是與基督同死，脫離了世俗的基礎，為甚麼仍像在世俗中活著，服從那些規條［Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances］，

21 （就是那不可摸、不可嘗、不可拿的規條。［Touch not; taste not; handle not］

22 說到這一切，正用的時候就都敗壞了。）照著人的吩咐和道理呢［after the commandments and doctrines of men］？

23 這些規條使人徒有智慧之名，用私意敬拜［worship］，自表謙卑，不惜［neglecting］己身，其實在克制肉體的滿足［satisfying］上是毫無功效。

7 Rooted4492 and built2026 up in him, and established950 in the faith,4102 as you have been taught,1321 abounding4052 therein1722 846 with thanksgiving.2169

8 Beware991 lest3361 any3387 man spoil4812 you through1223 philosophy5385 and vain2756 deceit,539 after2596 the tradition3862 of men,444 after2596 the rudiments4747 of the world,2889 and not after2596 Christ.5547

9 For in him dwells2730 all3956 the fullness4138 of the Godhead2320 bodily.4985

10 And you are complete4137 in him, which3739 is the head2776 of all3956 principality746 and power:1849

11 In whom3739 also2532 you are circumcised4059 with the circumcision4061 made1096 without886 hands,886 in putting555 off554 the body4983 of the sins266 of the flesh4561 by the circumcision4061 of Christ:5547
