第24章

1 亞倫子孫的班次記在下面：亞倫的兒子是拿答、亞比戶、以利亞撒、以她瑪。

2 拿答、亞比戶死在他們父親之先，沒有留下兒女［children］；故此，以利亞撒、以她瑪供祭司的職分。

3 以利亞撒的子孫撒督和以她瑪的子孫亞希米勒，同著大衛將他們的族弟兄分成班次。

4 以利亞撒子孫中為首的比以她瑪子孫中為首的更多；他們便如此分班［thus were they divided］。以利亞撒的子孫中有十六個在他們父家中作首領［chief men of the house of their fathers］，以她瑪的子孫中，按著他們父家作首領的［according to the house of their fathers］有八個［eight］。

5 他們［they］都如此［Thus］擲籤分立，彼此一樣；在聖所和神面前作首領的有以利亞撒的子孫，也有以她瑪的子孫。

6 作書記的利未人拿坦業的兒子示瑪雅在王和首領，與祭司撒督、亞比亞他的兒子亞希米勒，並祭司利未人的族長面前記錄他們的名字。在以利亞撒的子孫中取一族，在以她瑪的子孫中取一族。

7 擲籤［lot］的時候，第一擲出［first lot］來的是耶何雅立，第二是耶大雅，

8 第三是哈琳，第四是梭琳，

9 第五是瑪基雅，第六是米雅民，

10 第七是哈歌斯，第八是亞比雅，

11 第九是耶書亞，第十是示迦尼，

12 第十一是以利亞實，第十二是雅金，

15 第十七是希悉，第十八是哈闢悉，

Chapter 24

1 Now these are the divisions4256 of the sons1121 of Aaron.175 The sons1121 of Aaron;175 Nadab,5070 and Abihu,30 Eleazar,499 and Ithamar.385

2 But Nadab5070 and Abihu30 died4191 before6440 their father,25 and had1961 no3808 children:1121 therefore Eleazar499 and Ithamar385 executed the priest's3547 office.

3 And David1732 distributed2505 them, both Zadok6659 of the sons1121 of Eleazar,499 and Ahimelech288 of the sons1121 of Ithamar,385 according to their offices6486 in their service.5656

4 And there were more7227 chief7218 men1397 found4672 of the sons1121 of Eleazar499 than4480 of the sons1121 of Ithamar,385 and thus were they divided.2505 Among the sons1121 of Eleazar499 there were sixteen8337 6240 chief7218 men of the house1004 of their fathers,1 and eight8083 among the sons1121 of Ithamar385 according to the house1004 of their fathers.1

5 Thus were they divided2505 by lot,1486 one428 sort with another; for the governors8269 of the sanctuary,6944 and governors8269 of the house of God,430 were of the sons1121 of Eleazar,499 and of the sons1121 of Ithamar.385

6 And Shemaiah8098 the son1121 of Nethaneel5417 the scribe,5608 one of the Levites,3878 wrote3789 them before6440 the king,4428 and the princes,8269 and Zadok6659 the priest,3548 and Ahimelech288 the son1121 of Abiathar,54 and before the chief7218 of the fathers1 of the priests3548 and Levites:3881 one259 principal1 household1004 being taken270 for Eleazar,499 and one taken270 for Ithamar.385
